Richmond, Texas

At 4:46 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a scene in the 2100 block of Garden Terrace Dr. in the Cinco Ranch area concerning a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

Deputies learned that the homeowner whose vehicle was being burglarized had caught three suspects in the process of stealing items from his pickup. The homeowner was armed with a shotgun.

The homeowner told the responding deputy that his security system alarm awakened him and he went outside. He detained two suspects and then was approached by a third suspect who also had a shotgun.

The homeowner swung around and disarmed the third suspect.

Deputies learned the suspects also had burglarized two other vehicles belonging to neighbors of the homeowner. Items discovered in the suspects’ vehicle were linked to all three cases.

The suspects were taken to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office where they are being interviewed at this time.

They are: Ricardo Estrada, 19; Jonathan Hill, 17; and Miguel Lopez, 19. All three are from Houston.

Each suspect faces a charge of Aggravated Robbery. Additional charges are pending.

No injuries were reported from this incident.

Note: The suspects have not entered the jail, thus mug shots are not available at this time.

I think this could have been a chance encounter. Look at the two "Updates" I posted. These two guys just got lucky, and mow trying to create a media company out of it. They do not strike me as particularly skillful or capable. It may be possible that Big Joe was just out trolling and inserted himself in front of their camera, but some of the reports I have heard is that typically 4/5 of the marchers are cameramen!
