hastert having to pay back all of years of salary & "campaign donations" etc coz he's a compromised fraud who depends upon one if not numerous hush-money arrangements to maintain his fraudulent facade of piety & integrity..... that would have every high level US career pol shaking with fear! We'd find the whole lot of them, sheepishly "deciding not to run for another term", & trying to tiptoe away from politics whilst keeping what ill gotten booty they can! :D
