In my culture (Italian) you were raised to be respectful of others regardless of their skincolor, and also of yourself. You were representing the family and everything you do reflects on the family. I was taught to respect every individual until they show they don't deserve your respect (nuttin' personal, just business). I had many great relationships with black people. It was never an issue we ever gave thought to. I'm sure if we had the nigga's back then that we have now I might have seen things differently.

why do I have only caucasian friends and life partners , it is because we share the same culture. Skin color isnt even an issue. My first husband was a too inter-racial and we divorced 5 years later because I was not black enough for him. My current life partner, 9 years, is swedish looking.
