Shame the judiciary has never attempted to read or enforce legislation. Do you suppose the judge can be removed on principles of general ignorance?
Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

I think only congress can impeach a judge, but I agree this guy should be impeached.

Congress is full of a great bunch of kidders. They publish stuff they never intend to stand behind and when you get sucked into an action they find a reason to grant you the benefit of a gray bar hotel, three hots and a cot with the assurance that they will never share your accommodations.

The law doesn't matter to "judges." There is no real check on their power, and "making mistakes" (or, more accurately, deliberately exceeding their authority) has no real consequences.
If an honest judge (LOL) read 8 USC 1182, he would have no choice but to defer to the President.

If they can't impeach him they can demote him like Obubba did to Judge Robert C. Jones when the didn't like his rulings
He was the only honest judge in the Nevada District.

all of everything they do is a game they play on the public. They don't even bother hiding it anymore because people have a mental switch that stops them in their tracks when they encounter absurdity. Their minds can't cope with it so they block it. Can't recognize it, can't react to it, can't stop it.
What's going on in the streets right now is a prime example.
What really is the solution to insanity? You can't reason with it. The insane people won't stop doing what they are doing, because they don't know that they are insane. If you get yourself into a position where the insane out number the sane then you are probably not going to be able to fix the problem. The upside is that there while insanity is infectious it could still be possible to halt the spread by dealing with those who are causing most of the contagion.
It looks like that fight has finally been joined at the top. What is important now is if the fight from the top really is legitimate and not more acting and whether "the people" have the stomach for it in the long run.
