This reminds me of a magazine I got in the mail years ago. It was the Dell Foundation magazine about the Dell Childrens Hospital in our town. Michael Dell as in Dell Computers. In that issue, there were many photos of the wealthy Jews who belong to that foundation and of their big fancy gala party where Henry Kissenger was the featured guest and speaker. He was in a wheelchair surrounded by several of the attendees adolescent age male and female children. Now those parents have to know Kissenger's very long alleged history of pederasty in the seedy areas of New York City. Kissinger was not trying to touch those children but I do not think these parents should have allowed their children to even stand next to him for the photograph.

I think the answer is yes, yes they can. IMO It would be like flicking a switch and great to see. The realization that its pervasive would open peoples eyes to the fact that smack on the wrists or several months in semi confinement ordered by their fraternal brothers is not a suitable solution.
