This is why the population is succumbing to all manner of cancers and chronic degenerative diseases. The American diet is carcinogenic and toxic.

Hydrogenated oils (trans fats) coupled with deficiencies of selenium and copper are responsible for the high rates of cancer and arteriosclerotic vascular disease.

Cancer, heart diseases, and hundreds of other maladies are completely preventable through proper diet.
