He gets a pass from me.

And, I'm so sick of this "he was unarmed" bullshit from the thugs and thug-enablers. A rampaging gang or even a single thug are not "unarmed" (that is, incapable of deadly force).

Nonetheless. You don't shoot someone (or at someone) (or in the vicinity of someone) for walking on your grass. If he wanted to keep people out he would have fenced his yard and posted it.

And even then there is a duty owed to trespassers. You can't injure them.

I would guess this concept would support Trump's idea of a fence with Mexico... although a white lime strip and signs every 50 feet would be all that is necessary to place the transient on notice ... unless he couldn't read.

If he had a ridgeback he'd have been much better off feeding the nignogs to his dog - no fuss, no muss.

The funfest begins at 1:03 -

Just a skirmish and although i'm no lover of the police i'm on his side here.

This is a walk in the park compared to what is coming, sooner than we all realize.

I looked into it a little more and I think the cop was way out of line... He lives on a corner a hundred yards away from a grade school, where the kids are from.

most kids will cut across a grass on a corner lot ... since he lives on this corner, if he doesn't want kids on his lawn, he needs to have landscaping that deters this. he does not, just flat grass.

kids will be kids.

It is almost as though he was looking for trouble, and still is, and he got it.

Get back to us when you actually have to personally deal with these type of entitled "youth." Especially Latrinos.

"I have 'rights' and can do what I want."

During the confrontation, a 13-year-old boy allegedly threatened to shoot the off-duty officer, who then held the boy until APD arrived, according to Anaheim Police. That teen was arrested and booked as a juvenile for criminal threats and battery, and another boy, 15, was arrested for assault and battery. Both were later released to their parents, Anaheim Police Chief Raul Quezada said.

In the video, the teen argues with the off-duty officer, who appears to be gripping him tightly. The teen can also be heard denying that he said he threatened to shoot the officer, and insisting that he said he was going to “sue” him. Quezada said Thursday that the decision to arrest the two boys and not the off-duty officer was made after interviewing 18 youth at the scene, the off-duty officer and the officer's father.

We need to return to the community discipline of the past: punks would be "dealt with" by any responsible man of the neighborhood, and unless the parents were also complete trash, the punk's father would thank the man, and then repeat the same discipline (usually involving leather). But, most kids would be, "yes, sir, no, sir" and it would never get to the physical. Now, when a decent person tells punks not to do something wrong, even politely, it's "fuck you mother fucker" or similar.

It is almost as though he was looking for trouble, and still is, and he got it.

Yes, the punk did.

The reaction of the gangs of punks demonstrates who was the actual problem here. The cop fired his weapon, yes, but not at one of them. In response, Latrino "youth" rioted.

If the guy "committing battery (sic), on a child (sic) that's not his own" is to be punished, will the guy who owns the "child" be adequately punished for raising a punk like that?

If society is to survive much longer, we're going to have to get beyond the insanity of shielding punks who know exactly what they are doing (and that it is wrong) by calling them "children."

Modern "youth," Black and Brown, but also White, are becoming more and more out of control. The guy fired his weapon as a warning. Was it right? No. Was it understandable? Yes.

I reiterate: the aftermath of this incident demonstrates who was the real problem in the first place. Those who rioted.
