Female US politician proposes law to fine men $100 for masturbating as 'act against an unborn child'
14 March 2017 GMT
A Texas politician has filed legislation that would see men fined $100 (£82) for masturbating unless they are doing it in a sanctioned session at a hospital or clinic.
It adds: "Masturbatory emissions created in health or medical facilities will be stored for the purposes of conception for a current or future wife."
Earlier this year one GOP state representative called for abortion to become a crime in Texas, arguing it would force women to be "more personally responsible" about sex.
Tony Tinderhold introduced the "Abolition Of Abortion In Texas Act" in an attempt to make it a criminal offence to have an abortion in the state at any point, regardless of whether a woman has conceived following rape or incest.
It is currently in the committee stage and, if successful, would mean women who have an abortion could be charged with murder.

It's a retaliatory bill proposed by feminists who resent being told that taking the life of an unborn human child in the womb is wrong. She's trying to say that abortions and masturbation are equivalent and if abortions are to be limited, so should masturbation.

Feminism needs to be banned.

What about "wet dreams"? That is where you wake up, not necessarily remembering the details of your dream, but you notice a glob of semen in your undies - do you get fined for having the wrong kind of a dream?
And what about when you are getting prick teased at work by an exceptionally arousing female and you have an uncontrolled accident just trying to mind your own business and keep your mind ON your business, but your normal male sensitivities are being provoked ON PURPOSE because that's what young adult females DO as part of their growing up process - see how much commotion they can cause by prancing around and letting their skirt flip up sort of "on accident", and they just happen to lose their balance right near you and fall onto you to where you have to grab them with your hands to prevent them from "falling" down and spraining an ankle - my elders called that playing "London Bridges Falling Down" back in the 30's - a favorite game of the pre-war chicks of America - or they drop something onto the ground, pretend-like on purpose, and they have to BOW WAY DOWN, slowly and deliberately, facing away from you to pick it up, and your eyes nearly pop out of their sockets at such an unexpected sight to behold.
Women got no idea what it is like to be a normal man with normal sexual tendencies just trying to get through life without too much turmoil and disruption to your tranquility - but they sure know how to disrupt a man's tranquility. They can throw a monkey-wrench into whatever project men got going on and make us have to stop and start up all over again. All the while they can pretend like they didn't do anything at all but just be a sweet little well-behaved princess.

No, it's a mockery bill put forth by an infanticidal maniac "feminist," not someone who is pro-life.

A man's right to choose fatherhood bill should be put forth to shut the shrieking feminuts up. Up until birth, the father has the right to permanently and totally disavow the child, relieving him of any monetary or other responsibility to the child (or mother).
If the System is going to allow infanticide, then my proposal is only "fair."

Nice idea, but by and large men still remain the more rational of the two sexes, and so such an emotionally retaliatory bill would likely not come from the men who still legislate.

Can you imagine the incessant shrieking? It would be hilarious.

It only takes one sperm to make a baby... sooo
A healthy adult male can release between 40 million and 1.2 billion sperm cells (http://www.livescience.com/health/060519_sperm_attraction.html) in a single ejaculation.
An average human ejaculate contains about 180 million sperm (66 million/ml), but some ejaculates contain as many as 400 million sperm. Both quantity and quality of the sperm are important determinants of fertility. A man is considered clinically infertile if his sperm concentration falls below 20 million/ml semen. # (Just remember though- it only takes ONE to make a baby)
They need to charge the guys for each sperm. Each one has value.
180,000,000 x 100 = 18,000,000,000
18 billion each time.

No, part of the bill requires surveillance cameras to be installed in every bathroom, bedroom, office, closet, etc. along with a permanent staff of government workers to review the footage 24/7 to keep an eye on every man to ensure they only let loose when copulating with a member of the opposite sex. If the cameras find a box of tissues and Vaseline next to each other, that's considered enough evidence to convict.

It adds: "Masturbatory emissions created in health or medical facilities will be stored for the purposes of conception for a current or future wife."Has the homosexual lobby chimed in to complain that this bill is discriminatory to them and their perverted practices?

I'm not sure how Vaseline was brought into this thread, though it is a whole nother substance that should be outlawed.

Nice rant, Jerry. Cheers. If the feminists want men to stop masturbating, they need to ante up. First, become more attractive and sexually available. They utterly fail in that regard. Secondly, quit being so rigid and icy cold. Thirdly, actually define masturbation, what does that mean? If a woman uses her hand to release a fellow, is that considered masturbation too? Yet, if a guy rubs one out to the billion dollar industry pushed on the masses...porn, he's demonized. It's a hand touching a dick. Regardless. Where's Weiner on this issue?
