I remember once at the real GIM someone posted a deal for 1 coin at/near spot from some company in Texas.

I hope I can get some surplus FRNs before this one goes away.

Probably one of the Beaumont confidence shops: Universal Con and Bull, 1st American Reserve, or one of their other names. Used to advertise regularly in the NRA mags, the Smithsonian, and similar.

They sell real stuff, and their loss-leader offers are great...but damn, the ceaseless con man talk trying to get you to buy their other shit at inflated prices.

IIRC her name was Jennifer and had a small operation going. I used to get Lunars from her until she closed up shop and went into publishing bullion related articles. The name of the company escapes me now though.
