negroes and paper plates - wtf?

driving around houston i notice that negroes driving cars wtih paper (temp) license plates are wildly out of proportion compared to any other demographic. these are not new cars, they are regular used cars or junkers. what explains this?

my first thought is that the cars are constantly getting repo'd --- so they get new paper plates once they make the back payments and get the car back

what else could it be? ???

Don't older cars with paper plates mean "used car lot"?

Used car lots are where dumb people buy cars. They get financing. That is the service that used car lots provide in exchange for selling cars at twice their value to people who live beyond their means.
