I think the reason GSUS forum is getting so popular is that it is one of the very few forums left that has free speech, First Amendment, and does not ask for donations, or at least not that I am aware of.
In light of this good news, how best can we capitalize upon this, and I mean capitalize toward truth and justice and survival?

could it be that the hundreds of "lurkers" are search engine webbots? Do they swarm sites with 100s of bots?
how long after a user's last "click" does the bbs count them as an "active reader" ???
In short, I don't believe we have hundreds of real human active readers! Unfortunately, if you took away the 10-15 most active members (as in posting new threads/replies), this place would be a ghost town!

But, Patcolo, you must admit that this forum is probably the best around - that is my vote, anyway (thanks again for getting me started way back then).

I think that FedGov only needs a few bots to check us out.
Maybe some "normies" pissed with Trump letting them down.

Free speech is rare these days and I must thank and praise the mods here for allowing it. That's not easy in today's world however; free speech is not dead yet because good people (our moderators) still exist!

I remember SirGonzo420 lamenting that it looked like GSUS seemed like it was dieing out... I do admit, my interest wanes every now and then, but I always come back....

Being able to say whatever you want here, is what makes it a great forum. Yeah, we fight like school kids but we do get over it. If we were to get banned all the time for spouting off, this would be a poorer place.

Reminds me a little bit of Olmstein's tag line over on the original GIM. "I came for the gold and silver and I stayed for the crazy."
I haven't been over to that forum in ages. It sucks.

Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. Buddha -Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad Never mind walking a mile in my shoes. Try thinking a day in my head.
