Going after speed bumps when chemtrails are poisoning the EU and US

well at least it will cost a few million to take them off, whatever it takes for another fiat infusion

===============================
‘Speed bumps could be removed from the nation’s roads as part of the Government’s plans to cut pollution.

Other traffic-calming measures could also be removed to prevent cars repeatedly slowing down and speeding up, which almost doubles the amount of harmful gases they pump out.

Councils will be advised to take measures to improve the flow of traffic as part of a new clean air strategy to be unveiled later this month.

Motoring organisations have urged ministers to cut pollution by reducing traffic jams and encouraging drivers to go at a steady speed rather than punishing them with stealth taxes.’

good news. although people are idiots so I'm sure getting people to merge more smoothly and maintain flowing traffic will work well. At least in the UK traffic has right of way on the roads over pedestrians unlike here. Fortunately most road speed bumps are not full land width and the vehicle I use isn't affected by them.

pedestrian have the right of way too here... I recall, I was driving at the speed limit (60mi/hr) on a road along the shore once that had a crossing line for pedestrians. The people could clearly see that I was driving fast enough to let me pass then cross, but they chose to cross the road because of the line. At the wheel I was watching them thinking they wouldnt cross as they maybe were 30 feet away from the lines themselves I was too approaching. I was able to slow down quickly but it really tells you these crossing lines on such high speed roads make people irrational

Our rules changed sometime in the past 10 or so years. Not sure exactly when. Before that pedestrians had to give way to vehicles. Now it's reversed and people just walk out without even looking now. It is just like zombies. They walk everywhere when ever they want. Like your example, if doing 40mph I have to give way if someone randomly crosses. Pedestrian deaths have gone up but we don't talk about that like we don't talk about suicides. We just admire the cross and flower tributes tied to so many lamp poles. People should bury their dead instead of cremating them and putting shrines on the road..... but that's a whole other thing.

I wonder if the politician has an expensive low to the ground sports / super car?
