The same reason why the TALIBAN and ISIS level monuments 4,000 - 5,000 years old?

Gen. P.G.T. Beauregard today.

Piece by piece, New Orleans' landscape is changing as city workers take down massive works of bronze and stone that once seemed immoveable in a region where some still cling to a Confederate legacy.

The city announced late Tuesday that it had begun the process of removing a statue of Confederate Gen. P.G.T. Beauregard — the third of four monuments city officials plan to take down. The news release came as police cordoned off the site and what appeared to be a large crane was moved into position.

Workers later wrapped what appeared to be green bubble wrap around the statue and affixed it to a crane with large straps but as the process dragged into Wednesday morning it was not clear how long it would take to remove the massive bronze likeness of Beauregard on horseback.

Can you imagine the autistic screeching if an MLK statue was to be taken down?

We should all be screeching at this blatant removal and erasure of history. We should be mad as hell and fighting this censorship. This used to be a free and open country. Think about that a moment!

Communists do not value free speech or an open and honest society. They can only thrive on "hate speech" and persecution of those who despise them.

Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III has nothing to say about this?

It's more than that. Bolshevists aim to destroy all that is good, beautiful, and truthful.

"Three other statues to Confederate Generals Robert E. Lee and P.G.T. Beauregard and Confederate States of America President Jefferson Davis will be removed in later days now that legal challenges have been overcome."

To be replaced by bronze statues of famous black comedians, lesbian feminists, transsexuals, jewish intellectuals and gay men giving each other blow jobs.

Obama would hit perhaps three of those categories in one. His mama wasn't no Irishwoman.

The whites should petition to replace each monument with a monument to BLM's views in these three categories:

(1) genocide to describe "Israel's" treatment of the Palestinians

(2) describe "Israel" as an Apartheid state

(3) call for support for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against "Israel".

Whites would call for either one or the other. Keep the confederate monuments or these new BLM monuments. The jews of the neo-libs and neo-cons would not know what to do. They would probably stage mass killings in the south of whites by ((("blacks"))) to divert attention and attempt to divide the races once more.

I don't think the confederate saints would mind, replacing statues of them with monuments dedicated to "death to Israhell".

All done.
General Lee gone now.

The New Orleans City Council had declared the city's four Confederate monuments a public nuisance.

On Friday police cars circled the last one standing, the imposing statue of General Robert E. Lee, a 16-foot-tall bronze figure mounted on a 60-foot pedestal in the center of Lee Circle near downtown. Live news trucks were parked on side streets, and cameramen watched from the windows of nearby hotel rooms. The air was muggy and tense.

America, including Southerners, did this to Germany in 1945.

How does it feel?

What the hell are you talking about Fred? This type of censorship was done by Nazi's in the 1930's

You claim to not be a Jew, but toe the Jewish line routinely.

You people called it "De-Nazification." Even erasing the centuries old (and non-"Nazi") Freistaat Preußen (Free State of Prussia).

America asked for what it's getting, and deserves every bit of it. Yes: "You Asked for This."

You mad bro?

Not at all: just laughing at you people. Whining that your enemies are doing to you what you and your kind did to Germany.

“Our new government is founded upon exactly [this] idea; its foundations are laid, its corner-stone rests, upon the great truth that the negro is not equal to the white man; that slavery subordination to the superior race, is his natural and normal condition. This, our new government, is the first, in the history of the world, based upon this great physical, philosophical, and moral truth.”

-- Alexander Stephens, Vice President of the Confederate States of America

And now, which side do you think Vice President Stephens would have supported in World War II, the one that was fighting for their way of life, or the one doing the bidding of the world's greatest enemy, promoting "racial equality"?

Soon to be renamed the 'Gibs Me Dat Roundabout'.
