bumper cars are the answer to the whole electric car conundrum. Lithium battery packs, explosion potential, recharging stations, battery waste disposal, production pollution, government incentives, money bleeding electric car scam companies.

Put electrified chicken wire above the highways. People can either drive to the highway on small gas engines or electric motors, then raise a pole and away you go.

A trolley car style method might be a better solution. Less issues with birds and crap getting stuck in or on a mesh. Of course is all a sideshow. The plebs will be losing their driving privileges soon enough.

Or better yet, turn all the freeways into roller coasters and let gravity do the work.
