#1) The vast Russian conspiracy narrative about hackers being the source of the DNC leaks evaporates. Which could explain why the DNC refused to allow the FBI to review the servers etc.
#2) More alarmingly – With all of the expended investigative resources used by the FBI counterintelligence investigation, former FBI Director James Comey had to have known Seth Rich was the source of the DNC leaks.

That brings up even more questions about Director James Comey and his political motivations in creating an investigatory narrative that was entirely different from the facts known within the FBI.

When I read the Reddit Forum Thread on the murder of Seth Rich, I was shocked to see the pieces of the Seth Rich murder investigation fall into place right before my eyes. I have been interested in finding answers for Seth Rich since the DC Police stopped their investigation. It did not take much to realize immediately Seth Rich was not robbed, as they led the public to believe. He was shot in the back by two assailants seen on a grainy video, but they took nothing off the body of Seth. The robbery conclusion was a hoax fed to the public by a faction within the Washington DC political environment.
It must be penetrated and acknowledged for what Seth knew it to be, as he bravely gave his life to expose. Seth was an American patriot and hero, never the likes will be seen again. He is a dying breed, and he waits in the afterlife for this recognition.
In June of 2014, Seth Rich joined the DNC as the National Data Director. This was more than a job to Seth, it was his core and what he lived and died for. His story encompasses issues ranging from:


The DNC leaks,
The Hillary Clinton email investigation,
The war within the DNC between Clinton factions and Sanders factions,
WIKILEAKS,
The absurd lie “the Russians did it,”
Murder,

Pro-Trump online communities are working to unravel the mysterious murder of a Democratic National Committee staffer who was gunned down as he walked home from a bar a year ago, convinced that the media establishment is suppressing the biggest story in American politics.
Hundreds of users are currently engaged in a campaign to not only meme the story onto front pages but to get to the bottom of what remains an unsolved killing. Supporters on the r/The Donald (https://www.reddit.com/r/The_Donald/), an influential pro-Trump forum on social news site Reddit that previously helped rig 2016 presidential debate polls (https://www.dailydot.com/layer8/trump-clinton-debate-online-polls-4chan-the-donald/) in Trump’s favor, have been boosting exposure to the effort while a dedicated Discord channel and 4chan (https://www.dailydot.com/unclick/beginners-guide-to-4chan/) threads have lead the deep dive into the details. The effort reveals both the power and danger of crowdsourced campaigns.
The unsolved murder

As Seth Rich walked home from a bar at 4:20am ET on the night of July 10, speaking to his girlfriend on the phone, he was shot in the back. He died in the hospital around two hours later. There are two prevailing theories as to what happened.
The first—and official—line follows the city’s Metropolitan Police Department claim that Rich was killed in a robbery-gone-wrong. With no witnesses or leads, the police offered up a $25,000 reward for information.
“There had been a struggle. The timing of the dump gave rise to an alternate theory: that Rich, who had been a DNC data analyst, had been targeted for leaking the party establishment’s emails to WikiLeaks in the run up to the 2016 presidential election.

Why is the Seth Rich conspiracy such a big deal for these communities?

At the heart of everything seems to be the belief that if Rich can be verified and exposed as the source of WikiLeaks’ email dumps, then the Trump-Russia collusion narrative will fall apart. The belief that this is possible, affirmed however tenuously by the Fox News and Fox 5 reports, comes from a widespread belief that criminality runs rampant among the Democratic establishment.
This is part of the reason the pro-Trump sleuths believe that mainstream media outlets, which have consistently pursued the Russia story, are refusing to chase the Rich conspiracy beyond discrediting it. And it’s absolutely the reason why they refuse to quit.

Seth Rich Murder: Judicial Watch Files FOIA Requests with DC Police, Mayor’s Office, FBI

Kim Dotcom is a German-Finnish Internet entrepreneur and political party founder who resides in Auckland, New Zealand. He claims that “I knew Seth Rich. I know he was the @Wikileaks source. I was involved,” and promised that he would release a full statement on Rich’s murder.

27-year-old Seth Rich was the disillusioned Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer, believed to have leaked thousands of damaging DNC emails to WikiLeaks, who was murdered in the early morning of last July 10, in a residential Washington, D.C. neighborhood.

After teasing and making us wait for two days, Tuesday morning Kim Dotcom released his much anticipated “statement” on Seth Rich — the 27-year-old DNC staffer who was murdered last July 20 — which turned out to be something of an anticlimax. This is his statement:

I know that Seth Rich was involved in the DNC leak.

I know this because in late 2014 a person contacted me about helping me to start a branch of the Internet Party in the United States. He called himself Panda. I now know that Panda was Seth Rich.

Panda advised me that he was working on voter analytics tools and other technologies that Internet Party may find helpful.

I communicated with Panda on a number of topics including corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics.

“He wanted to change that from the inside.”

I was referring to what I knew when I did an interview with Bloomberg in New Zealand in May 2015. In that interview I hinted that Julian Assange and Wikileaks would release information about Hillary Clinton in the upcoming election.

The Rich family has reached out to me to ask that I be sensitive to their loss in my public comments. That request is entirely reasonable.

I have consulted with my lawyers. I accept that my full statement should be provided to the authorities and I am prepared to do that so that there can be a full investigation. My lawyers will speak with the authorities regarding the proper process.

If my evidence is required to be given in the United States I would be prepared to do so if appropriate arrangements are made. I would need a guarantee from Special Counsel Mueller, on behalf of the United States, of safe passage from New Zealand to the United States and back. In the coming days we will be communicating with the appropriate authorities to make the necessary arrangements. In the meantime, I will make no further comment.

Our hope now is in Judicial Watch, the D.C.-based citizens’ watchdog group.

President of Judicial Watch (JW) Tom Fitton says his organization is now investigating the murder. The Democrats insist that the DNC emails had been hacked by Russia or agents in collusion with Moscow.

According to Fitton, last week JW filed Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department and the D.C. Mayor’s Office. JW also has a FOI request to the FBI about the alleged DNC hack. Fitton says:

“You can trust Judicial Watch to get to the bottom of this issue…and to get the documents directly so that you and the American people can figure out whether or not there needs to be a controversy about this tragic murder, or whether there’s something more than meets the eye.”

Twitter, whose founder has expressed regret that his organization’s advocacy for free speech may have contributed to Donald Trump’s election as president, on Wednesday suspended for 12 hours WND.com’s account for a headline tweet on Donna Brazile’s involvement in the scandal developing over the death of DNC staffer Seth Rich.

Rich died in a gun attack in Washington, D.C., last July, and several individuals believe he was the source of DNC internal emails that were turned over to WikiLeaks and published on the Internet on the eve of the Democratic National Convention.

The tweet was: “Bombshell: Donna Brazile warned off private eye on Seth Rich murder…”

The news story was about a private detective’s revelation that former Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile was the high-ranking DNC representative who allegedly called police and the Rich family and demanded to know why a private investigator was “snooping” into the case.

The detective, Rod Wheeler, told WND: “The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich’s case was Donna Brazile. Why shouldn’t I reveal who it was?”

Brazile, who was also a CNN contributor and a Hillary for America donor at the time, was caught providing Clinton with questions that would later be asked of Clinton at a televised CNN town hall. In an interview with Fox News before the election, Brazile denied leaking the questions to Clinton. But in a March 17, 2017, column for Time magazine, she finally admitted doing so, saying it was a “mistake I will forever regret.”

Interestingly, anti-Shariah activist Pam Geller reported also on Wednesday that Evan Williams, Twitter co-founder and still a board member, “went on a snark attack against President Donald Trump – a prolific tweeter, if there ever was one – and outright apologized for helping the former businessman reach the pinnacle of power, the White House.”

“In an interview with the New York Times, he said his organization was intended to give everyone a chance to engage in the free exchange of thoughts and ideas. But apparently, he now feels he created a monster – that the free exchange offered Trump, and by logical extension, Trump supporters, has just gone too far.

“And he’s not gonna take it any more.”

She reported the Indian Express wrote: “Twitter co-founder Evan Williams … apologized for making Trump’s presidency possible. Williams, who still is a member of Twitter’s board of directors, in an interview … said the purpose of his organization was to give everyone a chance to have free exchange of information and ideas.

“‘I thought once everybody could speak freely and exchange information and ideas, the world is automatically going to be a better place. I was wrong about that,'” the report quoted him saying.

The report continued: “He further went on to apologize in case the microblogging website played a role in getting Trump elected 45th president of the United States. ‘It’s a very bad thing, Twitter’s role in that. If it’s true that he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for Twitter, then yeah, I’m sorry,’ he said.”

Trump has openly credited social media for his success.

Washington lobbyist and lawyer Jack Burkman has been unable to entice witnesses to Seth Rich’s murder with his near-million dollar reward for information. So he’s suing the DC police department to force them to open their investigation to the public.

Burkman, who is also a political consultant and conservative radio show host, became involved in Rich’s case just days after the former DNC data director was gunned down outside his apartment on DC’s north side. Police say it was an aborted robbery.

He offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Rich’s killer, or information that could confirm or debunk the conspiracy theories that swirled in the wake of Rich’s death. In late May, Burkman said he was upping the award to nearly a million, according to a press release.

Burkman also has students from George Washington University’s Student Association for Forensic Psychology working on the case in their spare time.

Now, according to a complaint filed in against the Washington, D.C. , Metropolitan Police on Wednesday, Burkman says things are moving too slowly, and it’s time the police release information they have on Rich’s murder.

“The release of this crucial material will help bring peace to the victim’s family, and it will help to either confirm or refute the various theories that swirl about this important murder case,” the complaint says.

But like others who claim to be interested in just “helping” Rich’s family, like private investigator Rod Wheeler, notorious hacker Kim Dotcom, and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, Burkman has an ulterior motive.

During the 2016 campaign, Burkman was an outspoken critic of Donald Trump and encouraged Republicans to abandon the then-New York real estate developer in his quest for the White House. Since September, Burkman has been trying to tie Rich’s death to “Russian operatives” who sought to derail Hillary Clinton’s bid for the presidency.

Burkman has also claimed that an anonymous source had tipped him off to Rich’s involvement in a scheme to leak the contents of a DNC server and damage the party. “I was approached by a guy who styles himself as a former U.S. intel officer,” Burkman told local media back in March. “I quizzed him. I think he’s credible—you never know the motive of people. But what he said is basically this: that Seth discovered that the Russians had been hacking and therefore the Russian government did away with Seth.”

Washington lobbyist and lawyer Jack Burkman has been unable to entice witnesses to Seth Rich’s murder with his near-million dollar reward for information. So he’s suing the DC police department to force them to open their investigation to the public.

Burkman, who is also a political consultant and conservative radio show host, became involved in Rich’s case just days after the former DNC data director was gunned down outside his apartment on DC’s north side. Police say it was an aborted robbery.

He offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Rich’s killer, or information that could confirm or debunk the conspiracy theories that swirled in the wake of Rich’s death. In late May, Burkman said he was upping the award to nearly a million, according to a press release.

Burkman also has students from George Washington University’s Student Association for Forensic Psychology working on the case in their spare time.

Now, according to a complaint filed in against the Washington, D.C. , Metropolitan Police on Wednesday, Burkman says things are moving too slowly, and it’s time the police release information they have on Rich’s murder.

“The release of this crucial material will help bring peace to the victim’s family, and it will help to either confirm or refute the various theories that swirl about this important murder case,” the complaint says.

But like others who claim to be interested in just “helping” Rich’s family, like private investigator Rod Wheeler, notorious hacker Kim Dotcom, and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, Burkman has an ulterior motive.

During the 2016 campaign, Burkman was an outspoken critic of Donald Trump and encouraged Republicans to abandon the then-New York real estate developer in his quest for the White House. Since September, Burkman has been trying to tie Rich’s death to “Russian operatives” who sought to derail Hillary Clinton’s bid for the presidency.

Burkman reveals to Radar, a current Democratic National Committee staffer, who contacted him with this information on July 20, 2017, told him that Rich provided Veselnitskaya with a cache of stolen DNC emails at their meeting that may have, later, comprised the July 22nd WikiLeaks document dump.

As Radar has reported, there’s a theory that the Russians meddled in the U.S. Presidential election to benefit Donald Trump.

Although refraining from sharing much information, Burkman also told Radar that he has verified the DNC staffer’s identity and position. “This is a very scared source so we had to talk them along and it took a while,” said Burkman. “We’ve confirmed the source and their identity and who they are.”

As Radar has reported, Rich, a 27-year-old DNC staffer, was murdered near his Washington D.C. home in July. Although authorities have said Rich’s shooting death was a robbery gone bad, after nearly a year with no suspects, many have questioned the investigation.

Conspiracy theorists began positing almost immediately after Rich’s death that he was the source of the stolen, WikiLeaks emails — and that his death was, somehow, connected to those emails. Burkman’s source, if reliable, would be the first confirmed connection between Rich and those emails.

Now, in speaking with Radar, Burkman said of his DNC tipster, “They claimed the Russian lawyer had met with Rich about a month before his death, four to six weeks, and Seth provided her with emails that were, apparently, leaked later on WikiLeaks.

“We don’t know what the Russian lawyer eventually took to Trump Jr. but what I have is a very credible source saying emails were given to her,” Burkman added. “Whether she gave them to Trump, Jr., I don’t know, but I can’t imagine that she wouldn’t offer.”

Imran Awan, a recently indicted IT-Aide to dozens of house Democrats, reportedly bragged about paying Pakistani officials for protection, and that he could have his opponents tortured in Pakistan according to multiple relatives. The Daily Caller interviewed a fellow Democratic IT aide under anonymity who recalled a similar conversation in a House cafeteria where Awan bragged about his ability to have people harassed in Pakistan.

I have these guys that work for the Faisalabad police department, and all we have to do is pay them $100 a month and they take them over to the police station, strip their clothes off, hang them upside down and beat them with a shoe. And that person will work hard and be loyal from then on.’ And we were all like, ‘what the fuck.’ Two other people were there. We said, ‘he’s a fucking monster.’

Last month, the Daily Caller published statements from three women who say they have been abused by Imran Awan, the former Democrat IT aide for (Rep) Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Investigating officers found one of the women bloodied, and further statements have been given by Awan's own stepmother who previously said that Awan had threatened to kidnap immigrant women, while keeping her captive.

Awan's previous employer, former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has continually tried to downplay the scandal, as she attempted to describe Awan as a victim of discriminatory coverage. These latest reports further show that Awan was not the victim Democrats claim him to be.

The Washington, D.C. lobbyist who has been on the hunt for Seth Rich’s killer found a “credible” witness who will identify the two men he believes murdered the DNC staffer.

Jack Burkman, a Washington-based attorney and lobbyist who has worked with a private investigative team to solve the Seth Rich murder mystery, told The Gateway Pundit that the witness has conclusive evidence that will bring Rich’s killers to justice within a month.

“We believe that we have reached the beginning of the end of the Seth Rich murder investigation,” Burkman told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview Sunday. “After two long hard years of work, we have a witness who is prepared to identify the two killers of Seth Rich. One is reportedly a current DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent, the other is reportedly a current ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) agent”

The witness, who “fears for his life,” will be accompanied by armed guards and disguise his identity as he details how two employees of the United States government killed Seth in a press conference slated for Tuesday.

Frank Whalen, a retired NYPD Detective Sergeant NYPD who served as the head of NYPD Homicide for 23 years, found the witness, Burkman explained.

“We found him through working with a retired New York City detective, who found him and brought him to us. We have thoroughly vetted this witness and we believe in this witness,” he said. “He has evidence that substantiates his claims but it will be revealed slowly. This witness is in great fear of his life – that’s why we are going with disguising him, disguising his voice and everything about him.”

Burkman, who has viewed surveillance footage from the night Rich was killed, says the witness’ testimony confirms two men involved in the shooting.

“What the witness says matches what the police say and matches what we know from the surveillance videos,” he said. “The police let me see the video. The police said the video clearly identifies the pant legs of two men. So, there were two men involved in the killing that night. I now believe that in the next 3 to 4 weeks the entire matter will be resolved. It’s the beginning of the end.”

Rich, 27, was a DNC voter expansion data director for two years and had accepted a position with Hillary Clinton’s campaign. He was murdered in Washington, D.C., on July 10, 2016, near his apartment in an affluent neighborhood. The Metropolitan Police Department has described it as a “botched robbery.”

The emails indicated the Democrat Party was manipulating the primary race in favor of Hillary Clinton and sabotaged the Bernie Sanders campaign, led to the resignation of then-DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.

The witness informed Burkman that Doherty was well acquainted with the two government employees that killed Rich, but he was unaware Doherty worked as Burkman’s lead investigator and tried to kill him earlier in the year.

“The witness himself didn’t know that I had been shot by Kevin Doherty. Before we even told him that, he told us that Doherty was friends and palled around with the ATF agent and the DEA agent who shot Seth. That’s why we think the witness is credible,” he said. “There wasn’t much coverage of my shooting. The witness didn’t see the coverage and didn’t know. We didn’t tell him, he told us before we told him.”

“We believe that Kevin Doherty may have been a plant in my organization, to kill me and stop my investigation,” he added. “He was carefully playing the role.”

Despite nearly getting killed while investigating the Rich case, Burkman says he doesn’t “live in fear”and neither should the witness.

“I now have armed guards all the time. And we will have even more armed guards at the press conference the place will be surrounded with private armed security,” he said. “But once we start living in fear we might as well have Adolph Hitler in power. Once you live in fear, there’s no reason to have won World War II.”

Following the press conference, Burkman will hold a candlelight march to the spot where Rich was killed.
“I promised the Rich family that I would find their son’s murderer. Their son was a great patriot and a great young man and it is for that reason that I want to solve this murder,” Burkman said. “His heart was in the right place and I want to honor him. We are one big political fraternity. This could have happened to any of the young people who work for me, Republican or Democrat, I employ both. This could happen to anyone of those young people.”

Burkman has created, paid for and erected billboards in the neighborhood where Rich lived and died; built the website WhoKilledSeth.com (http://whokilledseth.com/) and canvassed the neighborhood with Seth Rich’s parents. Last year, he sued the Democratic National Committee (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2017/11/bernie-sanders-campaign-worker-sues-dnc-information-murder-seth-rich/) for the release of the hacked DNC server he claimed will reveal key information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.

The DC-based attorney has also offered a $130,000 reward of his personal money for information leading to the arrest of Rich’s killer. WikiLeaks is offering $20,000, One America News Network $100,000, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department $25,000 and Businessman and investor Martin Shkreli $100,000.

The DNC has yet to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest of the murderer of its own young staffer. The DNC honored its murdered employee by dedicating a bike rack outside its headquarters to Rich’s memory.

The press conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Rosslyn @ Key Bridge Hotel in Virginia at 1:00PM est. Attendees of the candlelight march will meet in the lobby of the hotel at 6pm est.

If he accepts the Senate’s request to testify, Julian Assange may provide evidence that would upend allegations that Russia hacked the DNC, putting to rest two years of Russiagate hysteria, journalist Patrick Henningsen told RT.


The WikiLeaks founder should “absolutely” agree to speak with the US Senate Intelligence Committee – but his testimony may cause problems for devout followers of Russiagate’s main tenets, according to Henningsen, executive editor of 21st Century Wire. Assange could in fact provide information to the committee that would “destroy the sort of mainline conspiracy theory that the Russians hacked the DNC servers and stole the emails and handed them to WikiLeaks. The whole Russiagate case more or less hinges on that conspiracy theory.”

In a letter made public by WikiLeaks on Wednesday, the Senate Committee requested that Assange make himself available for a closed interview “at a mutually agreeable time and location.” Henningsen said that the Senate’s request to interview Assange could have a profound impact on the US midterm elections, noting that Assange could potentially be accused of “meddling” if his testimony disrupts mainstream Russiagate narratives.


The independent journalist said that, while he wouldn’t be surprised if Russia-related investigations are stretched out until the 2020 presidential elections, so far no evidence has emerged of nefarious string-pulling by the Kremlin – and with good reason.


“If there was any hard evidence, I guarantee you it would have been on the table before the election – because if they had evidence, it would have absolutely killed the Donald Trump campaign in its tracks. There is no evidence, we would have seen it by now.”



Noting that all 10 senators who called for Assange’s asylum to be revoked in violation of international law were Democrats, Henningsen said that the investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election was a “partisan witch-hunt.”
