Let's say a wall is necessary. OK. That will take years to build, and it's not even funded yet.

Civil asset forfeiture of the property of those who harbor illegals, and those who are illegal, can be implemented TODAY, right now. Sessions or Kelly can do it on their own, or Trump can issue an EO. The property can be sold to fund the wall.
