YouTube has struggled for years with videos that promote offensive viewpoints but do not necessarily violate the company’s guidelines for removal. Now it is taking a new approach: Bury them.
(...)
On Sunday, Google, YouTube’s parent company, announced a set of policies aimed at curbing extremist videos on the platform. For videos that are clearly in violation of its community guidelines, such as those promoting terrorism, Google said it would quickly identify and remove them. The process for handling videos that do not necessarily violate specific rules of conduct is more complicated.
Under the policy change, Google said offensive videos that did not meet its standard for removal — for example, videos promoting the subjugation of religions or races without inciting violence — would come with a warning and could not be monetized with advertising, or be recommended, endorsed or commented on by users. Such videos were already not allowed to include advertising, but they were not restricted in any other way.

this has already been happening for a year or more.
What is also happening is that users who already subscribe or like content can usually see new posts or comments by whom ever they are already liked or linked with but new people can't see the comments and posts.
This way, people posting or creating the content get the impression their material and comments are "in the sphere", feeds etc because people they already know can see them and comment back, like etc. However new people who maybe first connect on other media, platforms can't see the users content when they subscribe to them in YT or Faceplace.
So people are being corralled, kettled, contained, sandboxed, what ever you want to call it.... and many don't know it.
the ignorant people have effectively been fenced off from the people who know. They've been Cloud Nined.

All forms of public media need to be removed and eliminated first before we go after the politicians and bankers. Watching the 'journalists' and media 'kangs' who are complicit in high treason swinging from the end of a rope will be pretty satisfying

Account verification (step 1 of 2)
Verifying your account by phone lets you unlock additional features on YouTube, and helps us make sure you're a real YouTuber, not a robot.
https://www.youtube.com/verify_phone_number
"Papers please, your phone number please, so we can identify anyone who exhibits hate™, forget about the lie that it lets us know you are not a robot, there are many other ways to get rid of the robots, your phone number is for the spying operation done with our sister groups in the (((alphabet agencies/terrorist groups)))".

I heard gooTube was also going to make it so you can't tweet non-(((PC))) links/vids. I guess that would be in cahoots with twitter, where they blacklist whatever gooTube tells them to?

I've said it elsewhere here, like in your making YT money Glass; but beginning from my first or 2nd YT comment made from my phone, my comments were getting "shadow banned", IE I was the only one who could see them, and only from the device I made the comment from! :(
One frequent YT commenter gave the tip that if you first make a boring comment like "nice vid!"; then you immediately edit that comment with your real not-(((PC))) payload; it'll prolly go through.
I don't sub or like any vloggers, coz I'm anti-profiling/data-mining. I asked the same commenter above if he thought that made any diff to getting shadow-banned; he said he didn't know.
