Easier to track down since they would of had to of had a Visa. They didn't just cross the border with 0 papers or identification. :)

No, I am just saying that there is a force threshold in deportation of criminals, it takes more determination than sending in a couple civil servant bureaucrats, with a paper.

I want to look IN DETAIL into EXACTLY what DEPORTATION entails.

As far as formal legal deportation of Mexicans, I have heard it goes something like this.

The accused has a hearing at ICE. Then the hearing tells them to come back for another court appointment date to legally finalize the deportation two or three days later. Naturally the person just skips and does not attend that second hearing. Is that a big joke or what?!

Many of the criminal Mexican illegal aliens you hear about in the news have histories of being formally deported several times and they somehow actually do go back to Mexico but easily re-enter the States. Some of the criminals in the news have been deported and re-entered like four or five times.

That is why I favor a strong physical weaponized defense of US / Mexico border. Walls have a long-known good record in helping in keeping illegals out. So do humans with all kinds of weapons, including high-tech weapons of every kind.

Strong all around borders of contiguous U S states is just about synonymous to USA sovereignty, rule of law, and Constitutional government, IMO at least.

U S Customs and Border Patrol, of course, need to be cleaned up of corruption now too.

Here is my little suggestion for helping with border patrol.

Insert large population of hungry aligators, or maybe piranhas, throughout Rio Bravo.

Here is my suggestion for helping well-intentioned illegal Mexican aliens to get US citizenship fast and assimilate into US life. Most importantly their having U S citizenship should prevent their congregating in law-free underground economy enclaves. They have names and good IDs and can be put in the slammer with no worries about whether ICE/ Sanctuary city games ensuing.

All these Ph.D. professor types in Universities should invent a CRASH course in American English language skills. They have plenty of test subjects for their program who would welcome being paid and these Univ. types could make this a go. Say teach them solid conversational English in one month. And tie their successful completion of the program for passing a citizenship test and to their getting verified citizenship documentation. If not completed to citizenship, no fees paid for program participation. Let some of SJWs at the univesities get grants to create and test the program.
If these academics are not smart enough to create such a program, maybe fire them, or just do not have fast track to citizenship programs for Mexicans AT ALL.

If I was dumped in the middle of Mexico and someone wanted to keep me from starving and dying, one of the best things they could do for me is to teach me Spanish FAST. Otherwise I would have to scratch out a living any way I could in the underground economy of Mexico and I am sure this White Cherokee/Slavic American Catholic [WSCAC not WASP] female would be discriminated against PDQ.

USA is becoming just like Mexico. We are becoming a black-market, underground, economy. To get anything done, you have to pay tips to the workers or they will say they cannot complete the work on some technicality and you have to forfeit large dollar deposit if you do not grease their palms. One thing we not-long-to-be- middle class Americans is to not go along with illegal aliens and big box home improvement store scams.

Recently Home Depot tried this scam on me in getting carpet installed in one room of my house. I would not go along with it and chose to pay super dollars to my nephew and his friend to move my big custom-made dog house out of the room, but really for the huge amount I paid for the carpet which was said to have "labor included free of charge" [no doubt to not pay state sales tax] . I should have not had to pay someone to move this item and it should have been included in the huge sales price but I had to because my penalty would have been about $300. Home Depot starts telling you about "the technicality" AFTER they have your full payment in hand. Then the scam talk begins.

So freaking dishonest and virtually all employees of the big box home stores have to play along with the dishonest games in order to keep their jobs. I am a bit naive at first to these games but catch on pretty quick once I see the light. My friends and family, all Lefities, strongly support just paying the graft and tips to "get things done."

I do not want the USA to be like Mexico and I hope many here will RECOGNIZE AND RESIST THESE SCAMS to get money under the table to get things done.
