To Horn and Monty, is there something suggesting that? Or is that just an idea that might be the reason? They've had this ip address for some time now and they keep it alive with new info every day - wouldn't make sense for them to overlook something so unburdensome as a monthly fee (how much could it be?). Quite often, their posts strike me as being extremely offensive to our jewish "brothers" out there, as well as our african humanoids. Evidently Drudge, Alex, and Brietbart all have criminal lawsuits pending. All bunk, but a problem nonetheless. Surprisingly, whatever happens to one side of the equation happens to the other side also. Lets say you have Proton 1, and it is entangled with anti proton 2. Only the two entangled particles will modulate with each other, nothing else does, so this is seen as a way to communicate securely and I would bet American submarines have used this for communications for well over a decade. That would sure beat ULF.
