At a nooz conference the sheboon said womyn are far better suited for the job of policing than men. Sounds like she knows what she's doing. /s

Someone should tell her that policing is different than nagging and complaining.

I'm sure she'll do a very good job. Her Jewish handlers/advisors will make sure of that.

We're screwed. I work in Dallas. When i deal with city officials whether it is permit section, water utilities, etc, etc, there are no Anglo/White Europeans.

I saw the change 20 years ago. Slowly, the whites retired and others were hired based on race and gender.

It did/does not matter about your qualifications. Time will tell if she was hired based on her qualification or race/gender. I do not think you have to be am Einstein to know this answer.

I really don't know what to think anymore.

Unfortunately I can not be like Davey Crockett and say, " You may all go to hell and I will go to Texas." I AM ALREADY HERE!!
We all know what happened to Dave Crockett...

I'm with you on this 100%. One of the building departments I work with pretty much only hires browns, women and cripples now. I swear one of them was flown in from a tribe of bushmen straight out of Africa. The few white men remaining are all getting older and will be retiring soon. The new plan reviewers can't read a set of construction plans and give us comments that make absolutely no sense. No joke, I had a plan reviewer ask me why there were so many "I's" all over the floor plans. I had to explain to her that those were wide flange steel columns.

I have ZERO formal training in architecture, construction, or even reading blueprints, but even "I" knew that. :)

I think any reasonably smart individual would know that, but being reasonably smart is no longer a criteria upon which government agencies hire people. To be qualified for a high-skill high-pay government job, first and foremost it's your race that matters (bonus points for not being white), second it's your gender (bonus points for not being male), third it's if you have any disabilities (bonus points for disabilities), and way at the bottom of the list is being smart enough to actually do the job. For a long time now we've heard the cries of "there aren't enough blacks/women/disabled in these high-skill high-pay jobs" and so being black/female/disabled are now the prized criteria for obtaining high-sill and high-pay government jobs. But they don't have to be smart, and we all suffer because of it.

Speaking of Dallas Police Department, maybe a little off topic, but the Dallas Police and Firefighters pension fund recently went bankrupt. I spoke to a friend who lives near Dallas and she said the people who ran the pension fund just stole the pension fund and malinvested it with corrupt kickback deals. Some of those same people are on the Dallas city council. Last I heard they were going to raise the various local taxes to make the citizens pay for the shortfall in the funds. I do not think I know the latest in this Dallas pension crisis but it interests me extremely because there are signs all Texas public pension funds have been messed with by crooked investments or just plain stupid investments.

The investment officers of statewide public pension funds are not regular state employees working for a regular state agency. Those are quasi state agencies that pay their own employees their salaries out of the "profits" they make from investments. The investment officers get huge bonuses for every huge chunk of money investment they make and they get from employee and state contributions to the retirement fund.

These funds report that they make 8% on their investments, or now they may say 7.5% as California does, and they claim that into the future they are "fully funded" to pay out all future retirement annuities and their reporting assumes that rate into future. That is just one of the big lies and accounting tricks played by public pension funds. Of course, nobody has gotten anything near 7.5 percent on any investment in at least the last ten years. However, there are some big NY Walstreet investment firms that are laughing all the way to their banks.

When somebody starts getting a real accounting and audit of the public pension funds, what should happen is that a lot of people need to go to prison. What happens instead in the rare cases like in Dallas when they get caught is that the person who was involved in the corrupt investment schemes and false accounting just resigns and takes his ill gotten money and runs.

There is a person named Mr. Harris who was the head of investments at the public teacher retirement fund. He was very controversial because he proposed, and got, permission from the state legislature to invest TRS funds in very risky investments like hedge funds. He did that in spades for the last about 15 years and now he is resigning and taking his money and running. On the surface all looks very financially rosy for the fund but I suspect the real truth is that Texas public funds are going to start dominoing from Dallas and Illinois and California and so on.

the situation you describe is VERY common. the fund managers are easily bought by nyc for pennies on the dollar. the real siphoning goes on by the people the fund managers puts the money with.
