There is to my knowledge no hard confirmation of this story to be true.

Here's what I know or observe.

The brother is an assistant D A in Washington D.C.

The case, right now anyway, is confined to the state level courts of Virginia.

Even if the case moves to be a federal case, not sure the brother would be assigned to it.

Guess I would have to see exactly what George Webb's claims are but I do not trust his work.

Looks like we may have bitten some bait again.

I am just using this thread as the Debbie Wasserman Schultz topic thread. This should be an active thread but the MSM is already going in to overdrive hide-this-story mode.

I heard Gary Franchi suggest on a video today that Awan may be the guy who leaked DNC emails to Wikileaks.

No, that was Seth Rich.

The Awan / Schultz story is also related to Hillary, Pedoesta, Obama -Abedin- the whole rotten Dems bunch- and all of those people are related to the death of Seth Rich.

The phony "alt-right" has also tried to pin these Awan guys to the leaking, and the leaking to the Muslim Brotherhood. (Remember, Huma Abedin's mother and whole family are high level muckety mucks in the Muslim Brotherhood. Will be kind of interesting to see Dr. Keven Barrett's take on this. The Muslim Brotherhood has always been the favorite whipping boy of the Born Again Israel First dispensational evangelical Protestant guys in the Tea Party types of the Repugs.)

So the leaking is being made to appear to be to anybody but the Israeli / Mossad / CIA faction, and that faction is who it looks like the Awan Brothers are actually working for. Exactly HOW Awan story will be used by Sunstein and the deep state is unclear at this point, but I would think Awan is a multi-use pawn and none of the moves made by this board playing piece will have much to do with truth and justice for all. Sad to say that and hope I am so wrong.

Already there are huge gaps on what has been made public and the two alt-right theories just floated are all muddying the waters and preventing the drain of the swamp.

I conveyed wrong info.

Awan was arrested in state of Virgina in U.S. District Court. So this case has been a federal case from the beginning.

I have tried to see what exatly they mean by the "bank fraud" and while with great difficulty I have found out a little more, I still don't see where the bank fraud is.

I heard George Webb on his YT channel give a very misleading commentary claiming to tell us what the real game is here, but it was a deception in my opinion.

It is not simply about a Pakistani family here on Visa to engage in a big money making scheme. The money that came to them, legally and illegally, is not the real issue here, but no website I have found has even in the slightest explained what the real game was.

I personally think it has to do with high level DNC crimes and cover-up and I somehow think that Mossad / Israel factions are involved. It also definitely has something to do with the murder of Seth Rich.

But so far no one is asking the many questions I have and others should have.

All we know is that this is much larger of an issue than we are being lead to believe.

One general comment I would issue from my place of ignorance in being able to truly understand what is going on in this case, is simply that the pieces do not fit together from what we have been told at this point.

Here we supposedly have a super big espionage case and yet conspicuously missing in the articles I have read so far is any mention of the spies of all spies, the CIA/Mossad/Zionism factor.

I cannot get a more clear and thorough explanation of exactly what the "bank fraud" charge is based upon. I am thinking it has to do with the way in which Awan withdrew from his bank a large sum or several large sums and did not fill out the forms or whatever banks require for withdrawals over certain amounts. But the "bank fraud" possibly could be based upon Awan's possible loans at his bank whereby he was granted mortgage loans for several pieces of D.C. area real estate. Awan declared bankruptcy in 2012 but appears to have had large sums on deposit or sums of debt at one or more banks, even after the bankruptcy.

Here was a high quality analysis of the Awan case by Stephan Molyneaux.

There was one tiny hint or mention of a top notorious neocon's part of this and that name is Paul Wolfowitz.

That is what has given me the germ of my newest conspiracy theory.
