This movie appeals to the hope of many of seeing evil opposed in effective manner...and this is exactly the reason so many degenerates are shrieking over it. Same reason Jesus whipping the moneychangers appeals.

The Principle is among history's most overhyped, and essentially empty, cinema works. A complete disappointment. Some of the documentaries from Answers in Genesis are more appealing and informative.

It can be argued that The Principle's marketing was intentional deceit.

Even if the movie is pushing an agenda, if it makes a lot of money more people will make movies in the same vein because this one was successful.

I love movies where the righteous are depicted as "taking 'the law' into their own hands," but the last one that I enjoyed, until way into the movie, where Holowood did not allow the hero to complete his mission, was Law Abiding Citizen. Hopefully we don't see Bruce Willis' character being put in chains at the end, by some Nigger-Faggot cop.
