The Congressman's intentions may be just, but what good will become of such a law in the unlikely event it is passed?

The President is sworn to faithfully execute the laws and has failed miserably. His AG focuses on the unconstitutional, failed War on Drugs and blatantly unconstitutional asset forfeiture, while sweeping valid complaints under the rug. Of all the diasappointing characters in Trump's administration he gets first place.
