Spanish architecture studio PRÁCTICA (http://www.archdaily.com/office/practica) has released designs for their proposal of the Punta Arenas (http://www.archdaily.com/tag/punta-arenas) International Antarctic Center (http://www.archdaily.com/tag/international-antarctic-center) in Chile (http://www.archdaily.com/country/chile). The proposal was one of the contenders in the design competition for the building, which plans to become the Antarctic’s point of entry for the world.

It's big, it's hanging form the rafters.

Is this what they are finding under the ice down there?

They've found a lot of fossils down there. That looks like a T-Rex which is a bit surprising. Most of what I've seen recovered is really big Crocodile-like fossils.

If you look at it right, the roof structure resembles wings coming off of a dragon skeleton.
