Could be, but facial expressions are not mostly genetic. Adopted kids "adopt" the facial expressions of the adoptive parents, so, while the genetic-based physiognomies aren't identical, the kid(s) still "look like" the parents. Same as for ethnics, White or otherwise, born into a new society, who "look different" than they would if born in the native land. I know this to be true of Eastern Europeans.

The facial expressions of faggots that mark them as faggots are likely due to the mental and moral defects within (almost always caused by a disharmonic relationship with the father, or no father, and/or sexual abuse). I imagine PTSD and other anxiety disorders could be detected similarly.
