as the evidence piles up that 'they' use imposters. and the tests are cheap -

this only makes sense, no? otherwise we have no surety. these 'persons' need to be continually vetted.

also would require for prez candidates during campaigns and testing at debates, public speeches/rallies

It sounds reasonable and good to have these regular DNA checks. But who is checking the checkers?
