antartica is a mystrious continent, at best I just keep an open mind. I listen to that one when it came out but do not recall exactly because I watch stuff about it on a regular basis and cannot recall "who" says "what".

Actually I did do a search on Quora yesterday, you can correct me if it is wrong. Anyhow what it said was that there is a restricted fly zone at a 150 mile (or km) radius around the South Pole, in that you are not allowed to fly closer than 2000 meters from the ground, this is to preserve the cleanest air on earth for the measurements, supposedly being done there by the research stations at the South Pole, supposedly at least... :cool::cool:

Further as the Antarctic continent supposedly is a demilitarized zone, it means anyone in actuality can fly anywhere, as there isn't anything anyone can do about it there and then, but there is in actuality no fly zones, there is a few areas where you have restrictions on flying due to environmental concerns, but it is as mentioned before something that isn't in a practical sense enforced, at least not locally.

Now as you have studied the Antarctic treaty, and I am a bit lazy, was what I stated correct?
