... quit chasing money... or else... that is the price of cosmic knowledge. Cannot be monetized.
===============
'Microsoft’s CEO has warned the technology industry against creating a dystopian future, the likes of which have been predicted by authors including George Orwell and Aldous Huxley. Satya Nadella kicked off the the company’s 2017 Build conference with a keynote that was as unexpected as it was powerful. He told the developers in attendance that they have a huge responsibility, and that the choices they make could have enormous implications....... Leaving aside the endemic surveillance society our government has chosen on our behalf with no debate, politically or otherwise, we already have proof of the now and where it is leading. With fingerprint scanning, facial recognition, various virtual wallets to pay for deliveries, some would say your identity is as good as stolen. If it isn’t, it soon will be. That’s because the hacking industry, already worth a mind blowing $1trillion annually is expected to reach $2.1 trillion in just 14 months time.
Distraction – detaching us from truth and reality
The Guardian wrote an interesting piece recently which highlighted some of the concerns of those with expert insider knowledge of the tech industry. For instance, Justin Rosenstein, the former Google and Facebook engineer who helped build the ‘like’ button – is concerned. He believes there is a case for state regulation of smartphone technology because it is “psychologically manipulative advertising”, saying the moral impetus is comparable to taking action against fossil fuel or tobacco companies.
“If we only care about profit maximisation,” he says, “we will go rapidly into dystopia.” Rosenstien also makes the observation that after Brexit and the election of Trump, digital forces have completely upended the political system and, left unchecked, could render democracy as we know it obsolete.....

Why don't you bother reading the stuff you post? This guy is saying that due to technology people like Donald Trump got elected and Brexit took place. Which was Democratic to begin with, but the elections didn't go his way so he's pissing and moaing.
We should all give over our worldly possessions to the state and live a life of ignorant bliss and working for free in your bullshit utopia right?

When you submit your political will to a lottery called an election you lose your ability to complain if things don't go as you anticipated. If in doubt go to a casino to the roulette wheel and place a large bet on black 23. When you lose try complaining and see what it gets you.
We should all give over our worldly possessions to the state and live a life of ignorant bliss and working for free in your bullshit utopia right? The state actually has all your worldly possessions. What they need is your buy-in that you gave your permission to them to use your goods and labor without compensating you.

They don't need your 'buy in', they will do what ever they want regardless.

In that case you don't need to feel responsible for anyone's actions but your own. Agents and representatives may look elsewhere for an author.

you are looking at the detail and skip the big picture because you cannot make sense of it, sorry
profit maximization = cause of human suffering and scarcity, its an axiom I am afraid. The context in which the quote was said, is irrelevant... but the end result, I am afraid
keep supporting bitcoin and the cashless society by the same token, sorry that s reality

that is the purpose of power... and once power is removed from the equation, we understand that the latter is supported by the majority chasing money...

LOL Whatever you say. I'm going on by what he SAID, you interject your own bullshit to try and get a "big picture" perspective and just look stupid doing it.

More bullshit, you are literally going to sit there with all seriousness and try to use what he said as justification for even posting this non-sense and then in the same thread turn around and say what he said is irrelevant? WOW..... You're a class act lady. Completely and totally delusional.

I'll keep supporting cryptos, and I'll keep calling you out on your complete bullshit.

One of the idiot savant pseudo-maxims that irks me most is "you can't complain if you don't vote." That's EXACTLY the opposite of the truth. If you vote, and you lose, you had your voice, playing their game, now shut up.
I do not consent, and do not give consent by "voting." I also retain my God-given right to complain.

This is true, but consider the real reason the System begs us to "register to vote" and then "vote." They don't really want our opinion...it's Occult Alchemy. Gaining our "consent." Yes, if the payoff is high enough, they just do whatever the fuck they want, but, like "hidden in plain sight" announcements of synthetic "terror" events, these demons also need to follow a twisted legalese process...gaining the "consent" of the overlorded.

Some one needs to get back on their meds, or have just fallen off a cliff.
Sad.

Have you ever considered that he who complains is publicly displaying his frustration at not being able to deal with the situation?
kvetch (v.)
"to complain, whine," 1953 (implied in kvetching), from Yiddish kvetshn, literally "squeeze, press," from German quetsche "crusher, presser." As a noun, from 1936 as a term of abuse for a person.

Perhaps this is God's test on mankind, in our day and age. Nothing is really "ours", God created it all. We just made it complicated in our quest for greed.

Deuteronomy xix, 14 ... Thou shalt not remove thy neighbor's landmark.
Seems you while you are prohibited from owning land there is nothing to keep you from owning the mark you use to define the boundary of your land.
In a communist oriented social welfare state what you are actually permitted to own becomes much more important.
In this area landowners tend to remove fences because gps and a deed or mortgage is all they need yet they are allowed to actually own fences (being a boundary mark). You have no such interest in the marks of others.
I would hesitate to use latitude and longitude as a beginning mark. I posted previously that Nevada uses Washington as a starting point. One fellow I suggested this to made a comment that the location of Noah's ark is a suitable beginning point for any property you might choose to allow into your collection of private property.
