I'm by no means an expert on UFOs, but it looks like a piece of debris blowing in the wind. The still frame from the space video looks like a cheap photoshop.

Another example of humans anthropomorphizing space aliens. Lol at the aliens' "broken engines" as if advanced extraterrestrials from another planet would be using engines the way early 21st century humans know them. It's like back in the 19th century when all the "space alien" ships were airships with huge balloons and rotating propellers.
