Melania Trump And The President Allegedly On The Verge Of A Split: She ‘Seems Happier When He Is Not Around’ The First Lady's popularity soars as rumors continue to swirl she is not happy in her marriage to Donald Trump.
First Lady Melania Trump’s marriage has been the topic of a lot of controversy this past year. Between her awkward public outings with Donald Trump to the more recent claims that she is happier when Donald is away, the couple’s relationship appears strained at best. But a new report indicates that Donald and Melania’s marriage may be worse than previously thought.
Are Melania And Donald On The Verge Of Divorce? Newsweek reports that Kate Andersen Brower’s new book, First Women: The Grace and Power of America’s Modern First Ladies, claims that Melania is more at ease when her husband isn’t home (http://www.newsweek.com/melania-trump-seems-happier-when-her-husband-not-around-author-says-754724). Brower says that Melania looks uneasy whenever she travels with Donald abroad and that she prefers the company of others.
For instance, Melania looked tense during her stop in Japan with Donald in November, but she looked very comfortable when she visited students by herself at an elementary school in the area. This, of course, doesn’t mean that Donald and Melania are on the verge of divorce, but it might indicate their relationship isn’t what it seems.
Melania Enjoys Time Away From Washington It is true that Melania looks and acts more comfortable when she is alone. The First Lady recently visited China’s Great Wall and seemed perfectly at ease. Donald did not go with her to visit the historic landmark. At the time, Melania said that walking along the Great Wall was an amazing experience and that she felt honored fulfilling her duties as First Lady.
That said, some experts have speculated that Melania does not like living in Washington and that she would give up her title as First Lady if she could. After all, Melania and her son, Barron, stayed in New York for five months before moving in with Donald at the White House.
Inside Melania And Donald’s Unlikely Romance According to Vanity Fair, Donald and Melania met during a Fashion Week party at the Kit Kat Club in New York in 1998. Melania immediately caught Trump’s eye — despite the fact that he brought a date to the event — and their romance soon blossomed. Although they seemed like an unlikely pair, Melania assured her friends that Donald was a “real man.” For Trump, Melania was the perfect wife.
Apart from her good looks, she was never overbearing (https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/04/donald-melania-trump-marriage) and allowed him plenty of space. While Trump was off doing his own thing, Melania took time to explore her own hobbies, which included catching up on the latest fashion trends and working out. Once Barron was born, Melania finally felt fulfilled as a wife and is willing to do whatever it takes to raise him properly.
Melania’s Approval Rating Skyrockets While we wait to see what happens between Melania and Donald, it is interesting to note that Melania is now more popular than her husband. According to Newsweek, Melania currently holds an approval rating of 54 percent (http://www.newsweek.com/first-lady-melania-trump-donald-trump-popularity-approval-gallup-poll-750096), while Donald is carrying a lowly approval rating of 44 percent. Between Melania Trump’s chic style and confidence in front of the camera, it’s clear that the American public adores the First Lady. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of her husband.

Newsweek, and a new low for them. This article is full of false assumptions, and written with such a horrible agenda, it's a new media low. They throw false accusations as bait, to get people to agree with them, and to get people to bite, and disagree.
The biggest troll of any troll possible.
Do Not Believe anything these days...from modern media. The news is all an agenda to brainwash the masses, and this BS article and thread is just more proof of that.

Donald Trump’s Approval Rating In First Year Lowest Among Modern Presidents
The majority of Americans don't think Donald Trump is doing a good job as president.
Sitting at 35 percent, President Donald Trump now has the worst approval rating among modern presidents of the United States at the end of his first year in office. Ronald Reagan’s 49 percent in December 1981 was the previous record low, while Barack Obama got 50 percent in December 2009.
Based on Gallup’s (http://news.gallup.com/poll/201617/gallup-daily-trump-job-approval.aspx) phone interview with 1,500 national adults, a majority of Americans disapprove of Mr. Trump’s performance as of December 20, 2017. A CNN poll (http://edition.cnn.com/2017/12/19/politics/trump-approval-new-low-history/index.html) also showed a 35 percent approval rating, which is a significant fall from his rating of 45 percent back in March.
Meanwhile, his own party gave him an approval rating of 85 percent, while independents gave him 33 percent and the Democrats gave just 4 percent.
George W. Bush received the highest approval rating in his first year at 86 percent in December 2001. John F. Kennedy achieved 77 percent in December 1961, while George H.W. Bush received 71 percent in December 1989.
Donald Trump’s presidency has been swamped with controversies, and his ratings quickly dropped shortly after he took office. In just eight days, he achieved a record disapproval rating — 51 percent — from the majority of the Americans. The issues he faced over the past year include firing the head of the FBI, criticizing the media, and the possible collusion with Russia (http://www.newsweek.com/robert-mueller-donald-trump-approval-rating-russia-investigation-756404) during the 2016 Presidential election. In the CNN poll, about 56 percent of the respondents believe that what he has said in public regarding the Russia investigation is not true, while 35 percent felt his statements are true, according to Newsweek.
Meanwhile, the Telegraph noted that despite the low numbers, Trump’s approval ratings have been stable since July. He also saw an uptick in the numbers after the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville and Hurricane Irma. His popularity has even improved in certain segments of the population, with those who are registered to vote giving him not less than 40 percent approval rating since January.

As the year-end reviews come in, President Trump called out the “fake mainstream media,” saying that they will never talk about the accomplishments of his administration, including legislative approvals, building up the military, and tax reforms.
“With all my Administration has done on Legislative Approvals (broke Harry Truman’s Record), Regulation Cutting, Judicial Appointments, Building Military, VA, TAX CUTS & REFORM, Record Economy/Stock Market and so much more, I am sure great credit will be given by mainstream news?” President Trump wrote (https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/944222157218942978) on Twitter.

Trump Said Haitians ‘All Have AIDS’ And Nigerians Won’t Want To ‘Go Back To Their Huts’ In Africa, Per ‘NYT’
The White House denies 'New York Times' report wherein Trump said Haitians all have AIDS and Nigerians won't want to return to their African huts after seeing America.
The New York Times has published a scathing account of an alleged Oval Office meeting that found President Donald Trump offering up racist viewpoints of Haitians and Nigerians in the midst of his immigration crisis. As seen in the below tweet from Peter Baker of the New York Times – also a Chief White House Correspondent and MSNBC analyst, Trump was enraged when he spoke about foreigners flooding into the U.S., with Trump taking out his vitriolic vengeance on Haitians, who reportedly “all have AIDS,” a statement that sources present in the meeting claim Trump said. Trump allegedly continued to offer his viewpoint about Nigerians, who would fall so much in love with the beauty of the U.S. that they would not want to “go back to their huts” in Africa, offering a simplistic view of Nigeria in Trump’s mind.
The New York Times reports the shocking statements allegedly made by President Trump about Haitians and Nigerians (https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/23/us/politics/trump-immigration.html?mtrref=t.co&gwh=4DC254855343E70EB15AC50103E6ABD1&gwt=pay) in an article titled “Trump’s Way: Stoking Fears, Trump Defied Bureaucracy To Advance Immigration Agenda.” The article is going viral, as it described President Trump’s viewpoint of immigration, written by Gabriella Demczuk.
According to Maggie Haberman, a White House correspondent for the New York Times and CNN, two people who heard Trump speak negatively about Nigerian huts and Haitians with AIDS (https://twitter.com/maggieNYT/status/944615230151249920) found the statements “so noteworthy that they related them to others at the time, well predating WH pushback.”
In Oval Office meeting, Trump raged about immigrants coming into the country, according to officials. Haitians? They "all have AIDS," he snapped. Nigerians? After seeing America, they won't want to "go back to their huts." @shearm (https://twitter.com/shearm?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) @juliehdavis (https://twitter.com/juliehdavis?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) https://t.co/GikyOn8MoL

The publication reports that President Trump was late arriving at his own meeting in the Oval Office one June day, arriving as he flailed a “sheet of numbers” around in the air. Trump had previously stopped folks from Muslim countries from coming into the U.S., as he attempted to make good on campaign promises to secure the borders. There were six officials present at the meeting when Trump began venting to his national security team. Reports about the amounts of Haitians and Nigerians coming into the U.S. are allegedly what set President Trump off, even though Sarah Sanders is calling the report untrue, according to CNN (http://cnn.com).
“Haiti had sent 15,000 people.”
Trump’s words about Haitians and Nigerians are reverberating throughout social media.
“Forty thousand had come from Nigeria, Mr. Trump added.”

Poll: Donald Trump Lacking Support Of Most Voters In 2020 Reelection Run M
More than half of registered voters express in a new poll they “probably” will vote against President Donald Trump and for the Democratic candidate in 2020, no matter who that might be.
The NBC/Wall Street Journal poll (https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/first-read/poll-just-36-americans-indicate-they-would-vote-trump-2020-n831266) found that 38 percent of respondents indicated they definitely would not cast a vote for Trump and another 14 percent added they probably would pull the lever for any other democratic candidate.
By comparison, 36 percent of the 736 respondents polled said they would stand in support of a 2020 Trump reelection campaign, with 18 percent insisting they would definitely vote for him.
Even with that level of support, the percentage of voters aligning behind Trump has dropped by a full 10 percent after just one year in the White House.
Pollsters also compared Trump’s standing to the 1993 reelection prospects of former President Bill Clinton. Back then, a total of 42 percent of voters at least said they probably support Clinton, compared with 33 percent of voters who indicated they were leaning Republican.
Trump’s shaky standing comes despite the fact no known Democrat has formally launched a campaign against him. That, coupled with approval ratings where two-times as many voters (48 percent) express strong dissatisfaction with him than strong approval (24 percent) has many GOP supporters sounding the alarm.
Overall, 56 percent of voters indicated they disapprove of the job Trump has done in his first year, compared to 41 percent approval.
The bleak numbers put Trump on course to average historically low approval ratings (http://time.com/4859984/donald-trump-poll-approval-ratings/) for a first-year President. Pollsters also found just 21 percent of voters hold a very positive view of Trump, compared with 45 percent of voters at the opposite end of the spectrum.
https://cdn.inquisitr.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Donald-Trump2-1-670x475.jpg

In addition, a recent Associated Press-NORC poll (https://www.aol.com/article/news/2017/12/16/trump-is-most-the-unpopular-first-year-president-in-history-but-thats-not-even-the-bad-news/23309553/) found that Trump is the most unpopular first-year president ever.
Pollsters found just 32 percent of voters expressed approval for Trump’s performance, while a staggering 67 percent disapproved.
Among Trump’s critics in the poll, more than half of the respondents added they “strongly disapprove” of his job performance.
In addition, seven in 10 respondents, or 70 percent of voters, said they believe the country is “headed in the wrong direction.”
Trump’s first year in the Oval Office has been dogged by strife, with his 2016 campaign election team still under heightened scrutiny over Russian meddling leading up to the election.
