Dude was pretty loud with the megaphone... Without that I would say it was a violation of free speech. She told him to "get on down off of that and tone it down a bit or I'm gonna have to take you to jail" He declined and went to jail. Kinda simple, I think she messed up by telling him to get down tho although she can counter that he was endangering himself... Idonno.
