the guy speaking @ 3:13mins say that it should be a EU initiative, but he is fooling himself, as it was meant to happen that way, will this turned into another deficit spending endeavor to recolonize parts of africa. Conflicts always serve many purposes. That sounds plausible based on the geopolitics of interventionism and generating the politics of chaos.
