Unfortunately, you CANNOT protect yourself from this.

You can try to move to an isolated area, but it only reduces, not eliminates exposure. And even minimal exposure is going to increase anxiety, impaire cognition, and lead to God-knows what physical effects.

We're fucked...across the board.
