These days I feel lucky I can get maybe 3 hours sleep total, Including naps in 24..My day started today abt 1 am this morning.

It is a pain thing and my refusal to take pain killers other than aspirin. ( I refuse to go down that addition path)

So yes , it will be a long day, as it seems every day is for me..
