Wow, I've never seen anything like this. I wonder how the minting process works? It must take some very unusual equipment to make dies that can strike coins in that shape.

Not much more than a silver novelty item. Nice idea I suppose.At $30 for 6 grams of silver, yeah it's a novelty. But it is interesting, moreso to me than the weird baseball glove shaped coins the US mint did a couple years back.
