stock market scam will not go away until shareholders understand that there is no such a thing as "the sky is the limit", that is mantra is the cause of sufferings. Corporations will always circumvent laws and use loopholes to prevent shareholders from running toward the exits. Because coercion is the framework, laws cannot be perfect. Only non-coercive laws are. So flaws in any regulations cannot be avoided, many of which are by design of course, because ((they)) know. Using a Natural Law to doom the planet.
