This is the same type of article we've been reading for the past 8 years, but nothing has happened. In fact, silver's done worse than most other investments. This article even mentions the silver bull buzzword, like in all these articles....a new "paradigm shift", lol. Yes, there is a new paradigm shift, but it's not silver or going to be silver. It's crypto currencies.

Yes! Let's all buy into the phantasm, that which doesn't exist in reality! No need to hold anything physical! That's SO cumbersome!
/s
The perception managers (the tribe) are doing a FANTABULOUS job of getting everyone to buy into the illusion!
Gold is just a barbarous relic!

I have more hope for gold than silver. Governments hold gold, not silver. But I still like my silver and will hang on to my humble stack. What I think is happening, is cryptos are throwing a wrench in the current situation. The people buying cryptos are young, tech savy, and if there is another economic downturn, they will flee to cryptos. If the stock market crashes, I expect the crypto market to sour. I think in current times, it's the safe haven for the young people.
Gold and silver will still be very good at holding value though, and for a complete meltdown in society, where anything physical, tools, guns, cans of beans, has enormous value.

Having silver is not to get rich, but to reduce or eliminate loss of value.
Anyone who claims silver is a "get-rich" investment is a fool or con man.

I am always amused by Jim Willie but the old lines get, well, old. I agree CT, if silver simply holds value compared to purchasable items, then we have successfully invested. I think it will hold value because it is utile and not getting any easier to mine.

More like 20 years...
Ted Butler has been talking about silver to the moon for probably two decades now.
