A federal jury found two members of the sovereign citizens movement guilty Thursday of plotting to rip off a bank in a scheme based on electronic sleight-of-hand.

Jurors declared Randall Keith Beane and Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf guilty of conspiracy to launder money. They also convicted Beane of wire fraud.

The pair acted as their own attorneys, portraying themselves as persecuted crusaders against a corrupt shadow government ruled by a tyrannical Federal Reserve.

"If you find me guilty, you will allow the real bank robbers to get away once again with financial murder," Randall Keith Beane told jurors in closing arguments Wednesday. "It's time we the people demand accountability from those who have enslaved us."

Prosecutors called the pair more opportunists than true believers.
"Lies and greed — that's what this case is about," Assistant U.S. Attorney Cynthia Davidson told the jury. "That, and trying to get away with the money. Neither of these defendants are crazy, and they don't even believe what they're saying."

A sovereign stance

Jurors began deliberations Wednesday about 3:30 p.m. U.S. District Judge Tom Varlan sent them home when they hadn't reached a verdict by 5 p.m.

Deliberations resumed Thursday at 9 a.m., with a verdict reached about an hour later.

Prosecutors say Beane, an Air Force veteran working for Advantage Innovations in Knoxville, had overloaded himself with tens of thousands of dollars in debt he owed to the United Services Automobile Association, an online banking service catering to current and former military personnel.

Beane somehow came across a YouTube video promoted on social media by Tucci-Jarraf that laid out how to tap into a "secret bank account" through the Federal Reserve and ride it to big bucks and bliss, according to court testimony. Beane, who made more than $140,000 per year as a computer programmer, insisted on the witness stand he never thought to check out the claim, even through a simple Google search.

"He's a computer programmer but doesn't even check Wikipedia or Snopes.com to learn whether this fanciful tale is true?" Davidson said.

A familiar folklore

Tucci-Jarraf, a former prosecutor, promoted the video as part of her claim that she and fellow crusaders had filed foreclosure notices against the federal government that reclaimed Federal Reserve funds on behalf of the American people.

"Most people don't know," she told the jury Wednesday. "The highest levels know exactly what's going on. I've worked with some of them. I have worked and committed my life to stopping these unlawful acts against people all over the world."

Various figures in the movement for decades have promoted similar schemes that nearly always end in foreclosures and prosecutions for tax evasion and fraud.

A miracle glitch

Prosecutors say Beane used automatic delays in the banking system of transfers of money from one bank to another to buy certificate of deposits last year using the Federal Reserve Bank’s routing number and a fake checking account number, quickly liquidating the CDs and stashing the money in his USAA accounts. USAA allowed its members to make immediate withdrawals — before the transaction was approved and funded.
Beane used that glitch in the system to open $30 million in CDs and cash in roughly $2 million before USAA discovered the deceit, according to court records. He used some of the money to pay off debts and to buy a half-million-dollar motor home, prosecutors said.

FBI agents probing the case arrested Beane in July as he picked up his new prize at Buddy Gregg Motor Homes in Farragut. He'd just shared a post by Tucci-Jarraf on his Facebook page days earlier, bragging about his success.

Tucci-Jarraf was arrested outside the White House a few days after Beane's arrest, according to court testimony, after the FBI got a tip from the Secret Service that she was demanding a meeting with President Donald Trump.

one person on twitter says the fisa warrant was for Carter Page. It was used to spy on the Trump transition team and renewed twice after Trump was in office. Carter Page was never a member of the Trump transition team. Consequently all guilty parties can go to prison.

This memo is just the beginning and is a big opening of the door of the corruption. This video shows corruption of the FISA Court judges, which is something I have suspected all along and wondered why nothing was being said about it. The FISA court judges have a long history of rubber stamping and just giving out FISA warrants to about 99 percent of the FISA applications over the years. It is kind of interesting to watch a few of the YouTube videos recommended to me by the Deep State YouTube algorithm.

Just tried to watch a video by Tracy Beanz where the title caught my interest. It was how the MSM had flipped and now was supportive of the memo's importance. However, that title turned out to be click bait and after watching about 5 minutes of it and not being told how the MSM had flipped I stopped watching the video that up to that point looked like a nice outline summary of what the memo contained. It did even have the text of that outline in the show description so that was nice, but I am increasingly turned off by videos that claim to be on one subject and after listening first five minutes still no info is given to support the click bait title so I quit watching.

Another video I got click baited on was one by Operation HAL YouTube channel. The thumbnail showed 666 and was presented as Alex Jones was going to explain how what is happening now is really showing how the bible book of Revelation (Catholics call it the Apocalypse) is true and playing out just as the book says.

Instead it was Alex explaining what the brave new world and Artificial Intelligence looks like and how it is our future. He has been giving his descriptions of that for twenty years, and though he does that well, it is really his brand of fear porn that sells vitamin pills for his company. People of faith know that whatever comes our way, He will help us through. I did not hear him mention anything from the bible at all in that first five minutes so I quit. Just more click bait. ( Operation HAL channel only plays Infowars/ Alex Jones clips and it reminds me of some little side income stream for Alex Jones, Inc. That woman asking for donations at beginning and end is just working as contract laborer for him, but we're supposed to believe she is totally independent of AJ's schemes.)

Following the release of a four-page memo detailing rampant FISA warrant abuse by the FBI and DOJ, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) announced that he will seek the criminal prosecution of FBI and DOJ officials for the “full throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein” who Gosar called “traitors to our nation.”


Gosar focuses on the memo’s claim that the FBI and DOJ did not mention that Christopher Steele, the ex-MI6 spy who compiled the dossier, was partially funded by the Clinton campaign and the DNC.


“This is third world politics where the official government agencies are used as campaign attack dogs,” Gosar said.


The letter reads in part:
“The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence memorandum on the FBI abuse of FISA warrants and targeting a sitting President is not just evidence of incompetence but clear and convincing evidence of treason….”


“I will be leading a letter to the Attorney General seeking criminal prosecution against these traitors to our nation.”

Meanwhile, Georgia GOP Gubernatorial candidate Sen. Michael Williams is calling for the prosecution of Comey – saying he should be “sent to prison for his crimes”:

I applaud Representative Nunes and other Republican members of the House Intel Committee for fighting and exposing corruption. Americans are tired of corrupt bureaucrats and their career politician enablers. If powerful leaders are not held accountable, the American people will never regain faith in the institutions meant to protect us. Former FBI Director James Comey was entrusted with one of the most powerful positions in the world. Sadly, he intentionally abused his power in an effort to destroy Donald Trump’s presidency. He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and sent to prison for his crimes. No one is above the law. No one.”


We’re sure Attorney General Jeff Sessions – who resisted calls for a second special counsel to investigate FBI misconduct – will take Gosar’s request seriously, despite praising Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein earlier today for representing “the kind of quality and leadership that we want in the department” – right after the FISA memo detailing his conduct was released.
As the memo showing Rosenstein’s role in signing FISA applications based on faulty evidence was released this morning, Jeff Sessions said that he represents “the kind of quality and leadership that we want in the department."

I think one of the Q Anon posts said "trust Sessions" or something like that.

The simple fact is the memo has shown that comey and Lynch and McCabe committed felonies. Submitting false information, lying by omission, on a FISA court application is a felony. Period.

I believe it is in the Congress's ball court now to start filing criminal charges against them. The President officially legally declassified the FISA documents in his possession and that makes the next legal step that of the Congress if indicting the felonious parties. The background supplemental information to the FISA warrant applications has not been declassified and released yet but that will happen soon, but it does not need to happen for indictments to happen.

I do not like Mueller, Sessions and Gowdy, but there are so many political games going on right now that I just do not know what really to think.

I have examined two videos by two very intelligent and logical and clear commentators breaking down "the 4 page MEMO."



I used to think Ben Shapiro was my favorite smart objective guy but now I can see that he is showing himself to be more of the neocon type of "right wing" and overly legalistic in his analysis guy like Alan Dershowitz law professor who went on Jeffrey Epstein flights to pedophile Lolita Express plane one or more times and who has been one of the guests on Fox News TV shows with Hannity and Tucker Carlson. Did not hear about Carter Page being fbi asset but sounds right to me.

Carter Page worked as a volunteer advisor to the Trump Campaign and was not paid and he took several trips to Russia during his tenure. He was officially resigned from, or fired, from any connection to the campaign BEFORE election, I think, at least according to the info Monty posted.

To me, it looks like Carter Page was simply playing a role. He was the guy they could do a FISA warrant application on because he was taking all those trips to Russia. That sets up the fake Russia connection scenario. Once you get one of those special FISA search warrants accepted by the FISA court, you get a big carte blanche to spy on every single person in the Trump campaign including Trump and a wide swath of many people even remotely connected to Trump. Then, even after Page was off the campaign and out of the picture, the FBI/DOJ kept getting extensions and renewals of that one fraudulently acquired FISA warrant spy permission. It was Page's real trips to Russia that made the PeeGate, the Piss Dossier, ball rolling. The actual trips to Russia were real but there were no Russians doing the Golden Showers theatrics that were the basis of the completely fictional dossier contents.

Even the planting of this volunteer Carter Page was orchestrated from way back in time to set up the FISA warrant permissions and the dossier was the main documentation that got the FISA court to grant the FISA warrant.

The whole thing was another Hollywood storyboarded movie from the get-go.

The number of emails still to be released in question. Getting very different numbers. Some say 10,000 emails released in this dump with 40,000 more to go. I heard one say this dump was 1000 and 4000 more to go.

Page wrote to Strzok on Sept. 2, 2016 about prepping Comey because “potus wants to know everything we’re doing.” Senate investigators told Fox News this text raises questions about Obama’s personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation.

In texts previously revealed, Strzok and Page have shown their disdain for Republicans in general, as well as Trump, calling him a “f—ing idiot,” among other insults.

Among the newly disclosed texts, Strzok also calls Virginians who voted against then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s wife for a state Senate seat “ignorant hillbillys.” (sic)

That text came from Strzok to Page on Nov. 4, 2015, the day after Jill McCabe lost a hotly contested Virginia state Senate election. Strzok said of the result, “Disappointing, but look at the district map. Loudon is being gentrified, but it’s still largely ignorant hillbilliys. Good for her for running, but curious if she’s energized or never again.”

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., along with majority staff from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, is releasing the texts, along with a report titled, “The Clinton Email Scandal and the FBI’s Investigation of it.”

The newly uncovered texts reveal a bit more about the timing of the discovery of “hundreds of thousands” of emails on former congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop, ultimately leading to Comey’s infamous letter to Congress just days before the 2016 presidential election.

On Sept. 28, 2016 Strzok wrote to Page, “Got called up to Andy’s [McCabe] earlier.. hundreds of thousands of emails turned over by Weiner’s atty to sdny [Southern District of New York], includes a ton of material from spouse [Huma Abedin]. Sending team up tomorrow to review… this will never end.” Senate investigators told Fox News this text message raises questions about when FBI officials learned of emails relevant to the Hillary Clinton email investigation on the laptop belonging to Weiner, the husband to Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
It was a full month later, on Oct. 28, 2016 when Comey informed Congress that, “Due to recent developments,” the FBI was reopening its Clinton email investigation.

“In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation. I am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday…” Comey said at the time.

The question becomes why Comey was only informed by his investigative team on Oct. 27, if the Clinton emails on Weiner’s laptop were discovered by Sept. 28, at the latest.

The latest batch of text messages between Strzok and Page show more examples of the Deep State opposition to Donald Trump, including a text sent on Election Day 2016 where Page wrote…

“OMG THIS IS F***ING TERRIFYING.”

Strzok replied to Page with a text saying…“Omg, I am so depressed.” Later that month, on November 13, 2016 Page wrote…
“I bought all the president’s men. Figure I need to brush up on watergate.”

The next day on November 14, 2016, Page wrote…
“God, being here makes me angry. Lots of high fallutin’ national security talk. Meanwhile we have OUR task ahead of us.”


According to Fox News, (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/02/07/more-texts-between-strzok-and-page-uncovered-lead-to-more-questions.html) Page’s meaning here is unclear, but Senate investigators say, coupled with Strzok’s August 15 text about an “insurance policy,” further investigation is warranted to find out what actions the two may have taken.

The last text is from Page to Strzok, and comes on June 23, 2017 when she wrote, “Please don’t ever text me again.”
It’s unclear whether she was mad at her friend, or if she suddenly became aware that they, and their thousands of texts, had been discovered.

The Lisa Paige, Strzok lovers' emails seems kind of scammy to me now too.

They may have been "lovers, broke up now I hear, but to me they are high level justice dept and FBI people who surely knew better than to put all that incendiary commentary in their emails. Maybe they were so eaten up with hatred that they threw common sense aside.

Did not hear about Carter Page being fbi asset but sounds right to me.

Carter Page worked as a volunteer advisor to the Trump Campaign and was not paid and he took several trips to Russia during his tenure. He was officially resigned from, or fired, from any connection to the campaign BEFORE election, I think, at least according to the info Monty posted.

To me, it looks like Carter Page was simply playing a role. He was the guy they could do a FISA warrant application on because he was taking all those trips to Russia. That sets up the fake Russia connection scenario. Once you get one of those special FISA search warrants accepted by the FISA court, you get a big carte blanche to spy on every single person in the Trump campaign including Trump and a wide swath of many people even remotely connected to Trump. Then, even after Page was off the campaign and out of the picture, the FBI/DOJ kept getting extensions and renewals of that one fraudulently acquired FISA warrant spy permission. It was Page's real trips to Russia that made the PeeGate, the Piss Dossier, ball rolling. The actual trips to Russia were real but there were no Russians doing the Golden Showers theatrics that were the basis of the completely fictional dossier contents.

Even the planting of this volunteer Carter Page was orchestrated from way back in time to set up the FISA warrant permissions and the dossier was the main documentation that got the FISA court to grant the FISA warrant.

The whole thing was another Hollywood storyboarded movie from the get-go.

I suggested that, as did others here, a month ago.

It was very clear since he worked at the FBI and then a few months later he was set up to be a volunteer employee of Trump team and called a spy by the FBI which was the basis of the FISA warrant.

Page did indeed in his long career and in his work for the FBI have a specialty in Russian oil and gas industry and in spying on Russians so because Page made trips to Russia during or around time with Trump campaign he was the perfect plant to make the FISA warrant appication seem legit and make it granted. Also the FISA court judges were corrupt too and that greased the wheels of this little ploy toward FISA warrant being granted.

I never saw Corsi even mention this until today's Tweet. I wonder if there is more evidence that proves Page was a plant by the FBI. Just when I thought the FBI could not get any more crooked!
