a couple of months ago, astrophysicists quietly admitted that the models of the universe we took for granted needed to be rethought... http://www.newsweek.com/dark-matter-dark-energy-dont-exist-rethink-understanding-universe-728090

Old psychology studies aren’t reliable, says a new study (2015)
Most of the people interested in science look to the most recent studies for the latest updates in our ongoing quest for understanding more. However, according to a new report by the Smithsonian Institute, not all of these studies can be trusted. A recent review published in the journal Science shows that only about 35 percent of the psychology studies published in the year 2008 could be successfully replicated in a lab.

Electricity governs the entire Universe.

Universe as used must be multiple 'cause 'entire' is an adjective and adjectives can only serve to reduce the population discussed. So now we have pared down which universe electricity rules I must make my position clear by the following statement:

"I have never set foot in the entire Universe much less voted for Electricity in any fair and impartial election so if those who occupy the entire Universe agree to this state of affairs who am I to object?"
