I agree with this. I think an exception should be made for religious reasons.

I think one of the reasons why circumcision was pushed back in the day was so that the tribe could "blend in" more by making gentiles perform circumcisions. If there was another pogrom, and if a persons ethnicity was questioned, you can not go just by that anymore.
