Doctor Frog says on his video that these like bills in House and Senate are craftily designed so that anyone who votes against them appears to be in favor of human trafficking.
These bills each have large numbers of co sponsors in both chambers and co sponsors are equally distributed among Democrats and Republicans.
What a sweet set up of we the people. "Our elected represenatives" get to choose for us whether we are ti have First Amendment rights or whether we are to have human trafficking (for child or adult sex and organs industry).
If we want First Amendment free speech on the web so that we can speak out against human trafficking and who is doing it and so that we can speak out corruption in our government, then we ostensibly have to have this proposed new law voted down and not become law so that human trafficking can continue on full speed ahead.
The people who would be doing the setting up of getting bad stuff published on channels are probably the main crafters of these crafty congressional bills and probably the same people who are involved in and profiting from human trafficking and probably are some of the people who "using the services" of the purveyors of human services trafficked.
Problem is, again per Dr. Frog, if passed, this bill, the way it is worded, would allow the shutdown of any CHANNEL on ANY PLATFORM, not only YouTUBE, to be taken down for publishing material on their channel that is deemed to be advertising and promoting human / sex / child trafficking.
It would be very easy to SET UP a channel by planting comments and commenters on a video that is posted on a channel, or to plant a video that is published by a channel, that promotes human trafficking. So it would be very easy, if this new law passes, to shut down channels for faked up, set up infractions, so very bad for First Amendment free speech protection.
Note that it is not the big platform itself, like YouTube, that will be hit by this law. It will be the CHANNELS on the platform. That is what I understood Dr. Frog to be saying. He read the text of the bills. The links I leave below do not contain the actual text of the bill. Dr. Frog is a lawyer so he and other legal eagles need to comment on the actual text.
YouTube has already been identied as the major platform that is violating First Amendment rights of its current channel content creators. YouTube, and other social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook, have also already been identified, by David Seaman channel and by the HoneyBee and others, as carrying channels that clearly promote child sex for sale.

Our freedoms under attack from all sides. And platforms for free speech being attacked in a way to validate censorship at YT and to require censorship on ALL Internet Channels and to provide ready shut-down and criminal penalties for any they target.
