I have a pressure cooker that , well is underused mainly because the the pot is made of aluminum. That mostly I use for occasional canning or hurrying up cooking dried beans. (I do not trust aluminum for cooking, for health reasons)
Will get tomorrow this new toy that if it works as stated, that sob will see a bunch of use.

Went for a new crock pot because my old one 10 years plus? The ceramic finally chipped on the edge, big chip..So my trust factor also went zip, will patch it with super glue but time to go new... (will retire it as a backup)
This sob is multi function, same size as my old slow cooker pot , but also a pressure cooker...KOOL ! ;D
Will report after a few uses, but feel it this works will be other than frying my main go too for one pot meals. Along with home made sourdough bread and such.. No fuss, no muss, make a bunch and eat off it for a week or freeze for later warmups.
Dried beans and frozen beef, less than two hours belly up to the table.....What is not to like with taters and gravy all out of one pot.. Grin
