no one is the heir of a living person
I would propose that the sole concept of 'living' means to not have a will.
If you don't mind the inconvenience you could have your name changed to 'No One' so that you actually can be the heir of a living person. This is an interesting concept since there could be numerous statutes starting as follows:
NO ONE MAY ... or NO ONE SHALL ...
The first being optional while the second mandatory.
Several samples are:
no one shall carry firearms
No one shall be permitted in the water in the ski zone
No one who conducts a game of skill, game of chance or raffle may participate in the game
No one shall place on any game management area any trap
No one may win more than $1,000 in merchandise.
No one may produce, distribute, offer for sale or sell adulterated food
No one may sell or advertise merchandise, food or services
No one who sells bingo equipment or supplies may participate
No one may tag a turkey with a transportation tag
Well, you get the idea. This guy 'No One' certainly gets a lot of attention in the statutes and I would certainly advise you not to use privileges restricted to No One.
If you don't choose to go thru the formalities of actually changing your name then, when asked for Id, just respond "I am No One"
