Putin is still the most popular president in the world. The people of Russia aren't buying this bullshit our government is slinging at him.

I have a question, is it possible tech savvy people are able to route their meddling in the world through Russia to make it look like Putin is involved?
Is it possible it's just some bad actors living in Russia, unrelated to Putin are doing the meddling? It's always so easy to say they have evidence without producing any.
Just like the evidence they say there is on Trump collusion and not producing any. No one has ever shown the public anything that affected the election, even minutely.
