Once coerced and kidnapped any escape penalties should not apply.

Police charges in any matter should not contain a notice to bail and carry nothing more to record than a grain of salt. They are a required function of a liably robotic .gov subject to plea and bargains.

In 30 years, the Second Amendment will be gone.

Two full generations of kids have been brainwashed to hate America and freedom. Two more and only a few old people will remember what freedom was like and they won't have the energy to fight any longer.

America will turn into the Killing Fields or Mao's China.

Screwdrivers will be banned in the UK, knives have already. They will cut all the trees eventually so no one can use a stick to defend themselves. This is a bit fucked up. How much farther can a ban go? Seriously if I have/had any confrontation in 5 seconds I find at least 20 things as a defense weapon, couch legs, glasses, bottles anything I could grab. I can take a smartphone and cut someones head halfway off on the first try while being subdued. Womens shoes are very attractive as a defense weapon, when they they ban it all the UK will be in caves... oh yeah they don't have caves in the UK.

If its murder, the motive were delivered to him, by the victim.

I could see voluntary manslaughter, though Brits may not that charge cause their government is a voluntary manslaughter on occasions.
