Did everyone see that they banned high-cap mags in Vermont, and raised the age to buy to 21? And its getting signed by the Republican Governor who previously had a 93% rating by the NRA.
A federal judge in Massachusetts just ruled (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/04/06/massachusetts-ban-on-assault-weapons-doesnt-violate-2nd-amendment-judge-rules.html)that assault weapons aren't protected by the 2nd amendment.
And the ATF has put forth a bump stock ban that creates a legal framework and set of definitions that could be used for much broader bans in the future.
I hope everyone is paying attention.
If you leave a public comment on the ATF's proposal, they are legally required to consider it and respond. Here is a boiler plate and instructions on what to do:

These two will likely wind up in the supreme court and hopefully over turned.

Won't stand up in court as only Congress can define what is a firearm, as well as machine gun. The ATF does not have authority to define definitions, that is the job of Congress.

If we are relying on "judges" then we've already lost.

People need to start learning how to file a commercial lien. Make them PERSONALLY responsible for their decisions. You'll see a much different outcome. My wife got a ticket, I wrote up a commercial lien against the cop, as well as the prosecutor. I had her file the affidavit, and within 2 weeks the case was dropped.
When you threaten them with repercussions for transgressions against your rights they'll come to the quick realization that fucking with you is not worth their livelihood. If they fuck up you can literally own them, you can garnish their wages, take their possessions, etc.

Once you understand the process it negates the judge entirely as you move it out of administrative law into common law and render the judge virtually powerless.

What part of the Constitution gives Congress the power to define a firearm? Article I §8 Cl. 16 gives Congress “Power To provide for organizing, arming and diciplining the Militia,.” This is the only gun control given to the Congress. The right to bear arms preexisted the Constitution and 2nd Amendment “. . ., shall not be infringed.” Legal precedents do not amend the Constitution.

As Ares pointed out it is the duty of Congress to write the laws which do include definitions to the terms and words used. Article I §8 Cl. 17 tell us where Congress can legislate, and this does not include the States. But in 1946 Congress, rather than do their job so they can spend more time campaigning for reelection, passed the Administrative Procedures Act which allows (unconstitutionally in my opinion) the ATF and all the other bureaus and agencies of the executive branch of the governemnt to write their own regulations.

March was another record buying month. Sure must be helping Remington and their bankruptcy proceedings. The current propaganda scheme seems to be having the opposite effect. They are going in your face on the teevee because they have no momentum.

One of the tenets of the source is wrong. It is missing the word "not".
5. AN UNREBUTTED AFFIDAVIT STANDS AS TRUTH IN COMMERCE. (12 Pet. 1:25; Heb. 6:13-15;) Claims made in your affidavit, if not rebutted, emerge as the truth of the matter. Legal Maxim: "He who does deny, admits."
I believe this may be a more accurate source.

6. An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth in commerce. See 1 Pet. 1:25 (http://biblegateway.com/cgi-bin/bible?language=english&passage=1+Pet.+1%3A25&version=NKJV); Heb. 6:13-15 (http://biblegateway.com/cgi-bin/bible?language=english&passage=Heb.+6%3A13-15&version=NKJV). Beating a dead horse is so much fun... Not, but anyhow:

is a part of the link above.
Unconfirmed Information
These miscellaneous files are included because they look interesting, and perhaps are useful. They are not necessarily compatible with the main focus of this CD. Their validity has not been confirmed!
Remember! Without exception! Trust nothing. ALWAYS check the cites. You will be amazed how often the great cite you think you have is a total misquote or can't be found in the cited case.

Does that link provide all the information to do what you did for your wife's ticket or does the course need to be taken to figure it all out?

1215.org has the bulk majority of the information available. You kind of have to piece it together, and double triple, quadruple check the affidavit before you file. They'll nail you anyway they can. The clerk at the court house gave my wife problems in even filing it "because it wasn't standard."
famguardian is also a good resource that I've read through quite a bit as well.

I almost forgot, this site discusses the commercial lien process and provides examples.
