why isn't there razor wire on top of that fence? At the very least, the fence should be slimed with some sort of greasy goo, so these scummy people can't climb it...bio degradable of course.

England has a chemical that can be applied to fences, gates, etc that will mark your skin and clothing. It is not available in the U.S. though for some reason or another.

I saw signs warning people of its use in Edinborough Scotland while I was camping. Seems the natives had a light-fingered habit of crawling over the fence surrounding the campground and lifting valuables from the campers.

I think the photo is the Mexican's fence and just a symbolic representation of a border, the migrants are then assembled at the international side and guided to processing with a rope.

Its publicized by major news outlets as a U.S. fence so conservative idiots demand more protection money and tax rackets imposed upon themselves as some sort of late WWII japanese kamikaze might do.

Hold that tax and I cannot do myself line, I need a handout wall.
