Global Demand For Cheap Seafood Relies On Slavery And Human Trafficking

profit seeking is all relative in the end but one thing is certain: if validating it at one's own level seems reasonable, then there is no way to put an end to it, because each level of society will regard it exactly the same way. There is nothing wrong with profit seeking... really? Monetarism fuels the fallacy moral relativism, even hard currencies were not able to address it.

CONCLUSION: 100 years ago, they were saying that it was impossible to communicate around the world without traveling for months and months. So the question is not IF an utopian future is possible but are we willing to accept a utopian future… because clearly competing has led us to the edge of the abyss.

the choice is clearly about: DYSTOPIA OR UTOPIA NOW

prawns/shrimp are being farmed

there's a significant price difference at the seafood markets. if you want wild caught, be prepared to pay up. i typically buy the farmed because i'm a cheap bastard. wild taste better.

now you've got me craving seafood

if farmed... so they must be fed with antibiotics too and other exotic chemicals. Most humans prefer eating to death (for the taste) over eating scientifically (for the nutrient values). Meanwhile the whole food chain is being poisoned for gluttony/profits. By eating these seafood products, we do to ourselves the same we do to them. Principle of Correspondence. One does not care about Nature, Nature wont care about us.
