Thoughts that come to mind
1. Are CEMEX trucks being used to transport children ? Would DOT even think to check the back of a cement mixer for people?
2. A list of ALL CEMEX land holdings would be valuable
3. Yuma is very close to the Mexican border and is supposedly a child trafficking route - great place to investigate
4. Port Everglades is a very active port with CEMEX having a large presence
5. CEMEX ships a lot by rail - are the loads inspected ?
