Good video. Why are they doing it? Don't know. Maybe they fucked up the atmosphere with all the above ground nuclear testing. Radioactive carbon 14 decays and what then? Do the nuclear particles react with nitrogen and form loads of co2 in the upper atmosphere?

That's a crazy photo in the youtube video. It really does look like chemical tanks. And they wouldn't be just transporting them; they transport chemical tanks via truck, not airplane.
